As an Architect and Director of Brainy Neurals, a leading AI/ML product development and service company, I spearhead initiatives that revolutionize industries and empower individuals through cutting-edge technologies. With a Master of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ganpat University, my expertise lies in AI/ML, electrical, and electronics engineering, driving the innovation at Brainy Neurals.

Professional Journey

Prior to my role at Brainy Neurals, I served as a senior artificial intelligence engineer at Quantiphi, where I honed my skills in optimizing AI models for peak performance using advanced tools like TensorRT, Triton Inference Server, ONNX Runtime, and DALI. My contributions included pioneering low-bandwidth, low-storage video analytics on the Jetson platform, leveraging technologies such as Intel RealSense, 3D point clouds, LiDAR, and background subtraction.

Expertise and Certifications

With multiple certifications from NVIDIA and Coursera in AI/ML, I possess a deep understanding of large language models, Anaconda, and applied machine learning. My passion for creating innovative and impactful AI/ML solutions drives me to constantly seek new challenges and opportunities to transform industries and society positively.

It’s been two years since I left my last job at Quantiphi, and I didn’t fully understand what that decision would demand from me. In a structured role, success is defined. When you build your own company, the definition becomes personal, and uncertainty becomes part of daily life.

Before Quantiphi, I worked at eInfochips (An Arrow Company), and my foundation comes from Electronics and Communication. That background shaped how I think: systems-first, performance-first, and mindful of constraints. Working with Linux OS and optimization built a habit of creating efficient solutions, not just working ones. Later, when I moved into AI, that mindset helped me understand models in a practical way, including how to deploy, optimize, and make solutions usable in real environments.

Both companies taught me different things and added qualities in me. eInfochips built my engineering discipline and fundamentals. Quantiphi exposed me to scale, expectations, and how enterprise AI needs structure, reliability, and outcomes. Together, they shaped how I work and lead.

The first five months after leaving weren’t exciting. No big wins, no validation. I still came to the office every day and kept working. We did free AI audits, reviewed systems, and built free PoCs for businesses that were interested but not ready to commit. It wasn’t selling. It was learning what companies need when they say they want AI, and what blocks them when reality gets complex.

𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲. One reason I could take this path is because I was not the sole earner in my family. Family backup matters, and my family supported me a lot during the early stages.

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, Brainy Neurals - AI Development Company 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟱 𝗔𝗜 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵. I’m proud of what we’ve built, because I know what it took: delivery pressure, accountability, and the need to stay dependable.

We’ve moved through small shared offices, then larger shared offices, and now a space that we own. I don’t see it as a symbol. I see it as a checkpoint, progress that took time, and still feels real.

This milestone is personal because my father helped me purchase the office as an investment, and at the same time, we expanded as a team and as a company. I’ve learned that behind long journeys, there’s someone supporting you quietly. That belief matters.
