MANUP? is a Men's Mental Health Charity that was founded in 2019 and formally became a Charity in July 2021. Its purpose is to de-stigmatize men's mental health and this is done via podcasts, videos, events, and more.

Our work has been used by magazines, national and local news quite frequently. We have used drone technology to raise awareness for a few causes such as mental health, debt and public awareness of various causes. Again, this is a sidearm of our main business @SEOmers

This is a role that I fully enjoyed I developed my skills working within a large team whilst also having the ability to lead in a management role. I was quickly promoted, having started as an assistant manager, within a few weeks I had shown my ability in this role and was responsible for managing a store where I increased the gross profit from 10k per week to over 35k in a short amount of time, this stayed consistent for well over 3 months. My success in this role led to me managing multiple stores in the region.

•	Maintaining 3 to 5 stores which regularly included Chelmsford, Ipswich, Witham and Subury 
•	Maintaining cash flows by accounting for tills, safes, and ordering stock and monitoring staff levels.
•	Working with extremely tight staffing budgets to keep all stores open from 8am to 8pm.
•	Training staff on all levels from cleaners, security and cashiers.
•	Locking up and securing stores. 
•	Keeping track of stock, ordering and reporting back to head office. 
•	Working with team members of all levels to increase profit via improving store layouts, out of store promotion, listing to shoppers and giving them feedback.
