Sono estremamente curioso e molto ambizioso. Mi piace mettermi in gioco e imparare costantemente cose nuove. Questo mi spinge ogni giorno a cercare stimoli e opportunità di crescita. 

Le mie esperienze passate mi hanno portato a capire che sono un grande amante dei dati, della loro analisi e delle opportunità che ne derivano. É entusiasmante analizzare dashboard per capire come si muovono i consumatori nei vai business su cui lavoro. Per questo ho iniziato un Master in Neuromarketing, Consumer Neuroscience e Market Research all’Università IULM, in cui gli output sono fogli Excel pieni di numeri da analizzare e graficare. 

Vedo i dati come la migliore modalità di prendere decisioni. Non mi piacciono tutti i dati, mi piacciono solo quelli che davvero contano per poter fare scelte mirate. 
 
Adoro lavorare in team, festeggiare i risultati raggiunti e supportare nei momenti di sconfitta. 
Ho avuto l’opportunità di lavorare in team di +20 membri e in gruppi di 4 colleghi. Con tutti ho stretto ottime relazioni di amicizia che coltivo ogni giorno. 
 
Mi piace adattarmi alla realtà che incontro portando il mio contributo e la mia personalità. 

Cosa mi fa davvero impazzire? Le estensioni di Google Chrome e i tool di automazione, oltre che i modelli di fogli di calcolo.
