On a personal initiative, the management granted me the possibility of implementing a management system from scratch and the procedures necessary to make the entire production process of the orders measurable.

Analyzed the problems and criticalities of the previous procedures, the staff resources and the objectives to be pursued, I tested and introduced a model that now makes the processes more organic: from the acquisition of materials to the reporting of the hours spent for the production of complex structures it is now possible to study and analyze the behavior of the actual costs for each single order produced.

The processes as a whole, which make use of both analogue and IT tools, have immediately had a positive impact on warehouse management and today constitute the information support necessary for the effective analysis of the profitability of each individual job.

Last but not least, they support the management in solving problems related to the budgeting of future orders.

I took part in a project for a start-up, together with other guys from all over Italy, for the construction of a high-performance electric vehicle. 

In the few months in which we frantically tried to chase some start-up contests, I have been involved in various market researches (sector, competitors and suppliers), in the drafting of the business plan and in the creation of presentations for potential investors.

👋  I like to think that mine is an emotional personality lent to the world of rationals. Proactive beyond belief, I also know how to be very determined: I don't believe in perfection, but I can't stand things done badly. Anyone who knows me knows that it is not easy to stop me if I have good reasons on my side to support my ideas.

🔴 Recently, in a test with a certified expert, it emerged that the "color" of my personality is red ... it would seem that "red people" tend to be concise and positive, result-oriented, attracted to competition, but also highly motivational for others. It was truly amazing to see myself described with such precision by someone I hardly knew.

🧲 Book eater, I am also passionate about writing. My passions include marketing, rock music, motorcycles, sports, "On The Road" travel, psychology and photography. I always try to fill my free time with sporting activities and a pinch of healthy adventure, whatever it is.

 🔜 Future? Who knows! The important thing is to always improve yourself.
