Hey, I'm Darius. 24 years old, born in Wittenberg, and living in Munich for almost eight years now.

I've been passionate about startups and entrepreneurship since I was 15, even though there wasn't much of either in my hometown.

After founding a student company, spending three years in an FMCG startup, working at an EdTech scale-up, and making a brief stop in consulting, I founded my first B2B SaaS startup, "Spreadly," in 2022, followed by the social startup "inGemeinschaft" in 2024. Both companies are steadily growing.

Since I've always enjoyed gaining practical experience and being actively engaged, I have served as a board member at Academy Consult, chairman of Gründungsmagnet, co-founded the Young Founders Network as a board member, and participated in various initiatives promoting young entrepreneurship and social mobility 🙌

Beyond these topics, I am also interested in technological progress and longevity.

Additionally, I have a strong passion for social interactions, love attending events, and enjoy meeting new people. This often leads to exciting synergies and new opportunities.

70 Pitches in einer Woche 🚀


Diese Woche war Startup Madness bei der Venture University.

70 Pitches. Jeden Tag inspirierende Teams, mutige Gründerinnen und Gründer – und spannende Investmentmöglichkeiten.

Und ich habe fast alle verpasst. 🫠


Letzte Woche habe ich als Venture Partner bei der Venture University gestartet. Während es in den ersten Tagen vor allem um theoretische Grundlagen und das Know-how erfahrener Investoren ging, durften wir diese Woche an zahlreichen Pitches von Startups aus der ganzen Welt teilnehmen.

Ab morgen – und in den kommenden Wochen – sprechen wir dann in den Vertical Teams und Partner Meetings über konkrete Investment Targets und analysieren neue Startups im Detail.

Auch wenn ich diese Woche weniger am Programm teilnehmen konnte als gehofft, freue ich mich jetzt darauf, vieles nachzuholen und mir in Ruhe anzuschauen.


Neben Krankheit und üblichem Workload hat sich mein Leben in den letzten Tagen ohnehin stark verändert – zum einen durch unser neues, vierbeiniges Familienmitglied 🐕, und zum anderen durch einen Notartermin am Mittwoch, der ein ganz neues Kapitel einläutet. Bald mehr dazu. 🙌

Echte Begegnungen sind einfach unschlagbar 


In Woche drei der Venture University haben wir uns im casual setting zum Abendessen in München getroffen. 🍕

20 Gründer, Angel, (zukünftige) GPs und verschiedene Fonds an einem Tisch. Gemeinsame Gespräche, Dinner und Austausch auf Augenhöhe. Ein Setting indem echter Austausch und bleibende Beziehungen entstehen.

Ich glaube: Politik braucht Menschen, die machen.
