Before I started my dream job, I worked in marketing strategy for around 15 years in Amsterdam, New York, Chicago, Singapore, and finally, Ho Chi Minh City. 

I spoke at conferences across the world and wrote for a large number of publications. I then made my "life pivot" in 2017, when I decided to pursue my "Ikigai" of letting people find their purpose and design their everyday life towards it.

SSA Sports is the most professional Youth Sports Training Center in Vietnam offering different sports programs to children and youth.

My achievements in SSA:

Developed relationships with 10 top international schools in Ho Chi Minh City, created solutions to support sports development of students for the schools and won contracts for service delivery.

Created strategic plan for SSA business development.

Built and maintained relationships with expat parents of nearly 100 players I was working with.

Achieved enrollment targets by reaching out to new customers and upselling to current customers.

Playing an additional role of a Head Football Coach I created, promoted and gained 40+ first customers for "Skills Factory" - a brand new sports program for 3-5 year olds in the period January - June 2015

AIESEC Vietnam

My responsibilities and achievements I shared with my team:

Led the 10-member, 6-country executive team and oversaw US$200.000 budget.

Responsible for strategy development, execution, and coordination of the organization with 600 students across 6 local offices (in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Danang), achieving 50% growth in international internships provided and 58% increase in revenues from involvement of corporate partners.

Introduced the Net Promoter® management tool to gauge the customer loyalty. Provide education to the AIESEC members about the concept of customer centric organization, usage of the NPS tool and implementing strategies in product and process development resulting in 60% increase in customers’ loyalty.

Represented AIESEC in business meetings building relations with over 25 CEOs and directors in Ho Chi Minh City to raise funds for AIESEC Global Leaders’ Summit 2015 in Vietnam and to support development of AIESEC in Vietnam.

Built and implemented leadership development model and implement new KPIs for HR management achieving 30% increase in working productivity of the members.

In August 2014, AIESEC in Vietnam was recognized by global AIESEC headquarters for the biggest relative growth in the AIESEC global network of 124 countries and territories in the term 13/14.

AIESEC is a global youth network impacting the world through leadership development experiences.

Managed strategies, HR structure and members development of the 100-students entity leading to 105% increase in a number of leadership experiences provided to students and increase in the financial reserves from 3.000 USD to 65.000 USD in net cash.

Conducted sales to find learning partners for AIESEC in Warsaw and to engage a total of 60 companies in the Career Days event which gathered +10,000 students from Warsaw and brought 20,000 USD revenue.

Oversaw a selection process of +200 new members of AIESEC in Warsaw, personally prepare and conduct +200 interviews and +10 days of assessment center for the candidates to join AIESEC in Warsaw.

Managed a structure change process, introducing more flexibility into operations of the local offices, offering more leadership opportunities for the members and 50% increase in student internships organized by AIESEC in Warsaw.

Recognized with the PwC Personal Talent Management Award given annually to the local office Vice President Talent Management who showed the highest performance and development in the AIESEC in Poland network.
