● Managed over 100 separate organizational cybersecurity programs for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients. This allowed me to work directly and collectively with the CISO, CEO, C-Level + Board.
● Responsible for all revenue as a single producer, growing a book of business from $350k to $8M in ARR over 2.5 years, selling an average of 60% in consulting services (1-3 year MSA’s: Fractional CISO, Pen tests, Assessments, etc). and 30% in products (SOC, EDR, MDR, Security Awareness, IAM, PaaS, Zero Trust, etc.)
● Through the combined efforts of implementing a consultative, client-first approach to all processes, creation of an organic and non-organic marketing plan, development and execution of a robust channel program, I was able to decrease our churn to 8%. There was an increase in 315% of recurring revenue.
● In addition to being POC for all clients, I continued to manage all of our partners internally and externally and liaised between our board, project management teams and the security engineering teams.
● Created a new website (design and content) while also implementing Salesforce.com, innovating our business.
