First and foremost, I’m a husband and the proud, goofy dad of 4.5 kids (the “.5” is our dog, Chase—who is convinced he’s the actual head of HR in our home). Family keeps me grounded, humbled, and reminded daily that meaning isn’t something we chase—it’s something we intentionally create.

Professionally, I’m a keynote speaker, researcher, consultant, philanthropist, and CEO of Work Meaningful. For nearly two decades, I’ve helped organizations solve some of today’s biggest workplace challenges: employee attraction, engagement, retention, culture, leadership communication, and navigating differences. My work blends research, storytelling, humor, and practical tools that equip people to work, live, and lead with greater intention.

Meaningful Giving

Meaning grows when we give it away. Through the Work Meaningful Foundation, we invest in building schools and technology labs in Ghana and support underserved communities in the U.S. Impact isn’t a side project—it’s a pillar of meaningful work and leadership.
