Session Recaps for #IFA2026 International Franchise Association.

I attended a powerful session at #IFA2026 on building a strong company culture. Just like the support we provide Outsource Access Franchise clients like Betsy McAtee of Dreamland Bar-B-que.

One thing that stood out to me is how transformative proper support can be for internal teams.

When employees are backed by dedicated resources, they can focus on what they love doing every day. That increases retention and creates a culture competitors cannot easily duplicate.

Culture does not improve by accident. It improves by design.

Wow!  Watching Kat Cole live right now at the International Franchise Association on her epic journey to turn around Cinnabon with 3 Questions and 3 Actions at the core of her strategy.  At Outsource Access we actually do something very similar with just 2 questions to determine a Client's constraint points to growth......the simplest solutions are always the best.  Don't complicate it. #IFA2026

The 3 Questions (to drive improvement):
1. What’s one thing we should stop doing to make the business/life better? (Identifies wasted resources/time).
2. What’s one thing we should start doing to make the business/life better?.
3. What would you do differently if you were me to make the business/life better?. 
3 Things to Do After (to implement change):
1. Confront reality: Look at the raw data, both good and bad, to understand the true state of affairs.
2. Find a coalition of "productive rebels": Identify and work with people who are willing to challenge the status quo.
3. Get out of the way: Allow those rebels to take action and influence change, rather than micromanaging the process.
