Combination of SQL 2008 and MongoDB are used in the database backend. Windows client is implemented using Microsoft Prism, WPF and Telerik WPF Controls. Use SMART on FHIR API to integrate legacy EHR systems (EPIC & AllScripts) to Practice management frontend.

Alorica is a customer service outsourcing provider firm that provides call center services and 3PL Service for vendors and retailers, including Costco, SamsClub, Vizio, FoxConn, AT&T, Sony and HP.

Developing a web-based 3PL Warehouse Management System for Alorica’s warehouse and logistic business unit to provide logistics services for HP. Microsoft ASP.NET MVC3 with Razor views, HTML5, CCS3, AJAX, JSON and JQuery are used to implement the web-based UI presentation layer. WPF is used to implement the order-pick-fulfillment window application. Entity Framework 4.0 and various design patterns are used to implement the data access layer. MS SQL 2008 is used in the backend. REST web service API is used in the service layer to expose all business services to web clients and smart clients. MS SQL 2008 Reporting Services and MS SharePoint 2010 are used to implement the reporting module.

•	Costco Concierge Service CRM 
Developed a web-based CRM application for Costco Concierge Service center using ASP.NET 2.0, AJAX, SQL 2005, Web Services, windows services and SQL 2005 Reporting Services. Also, developed a service integration gateway that allows customer service agents to book service appointments and order parts for customers from service partners and part providers automatically.

•	Alorica Enterprise Web Services API
Developed a credit card payment gateway web service using WCF REST, PayPal Payflow Pro, C# and SQL 2005. Data encryption is implemented for credit card data. Also, implemented an Address validation web service using USPS Web Service APIs.

•	Alorica Enterprise Email and Chat Application
Developed a web-based Email and Chat application using ASP.NET 3.5, AJAX, C#, LINQ and SQL 2008. This application is used by agents in Alorica call centers to communicate with customers to resolve issues via Chat and email.

I must have done something right in a past life.

After years of hard-selling products I had to convince people to believe in, I'm now driving marketing for a product that loves being its own marketer.

5 months ago my goal was simple: build the most lean and efficient marketing team possible.

What a crazy time to be alive.

The 4Ps were developed in the 1960s for a goods-based, manufacturing economy.
Product, Price, Place, Promotion. Different era. Different problems.
They were appropriate for a time when leadership meant owning territory to prove value.

In 2026, a marketer does not own an advanced tech product.
There are product leaders, engineers, and researchers for that.

Marketing today is its own deep, technical discipline.
Lead generation in oversaturated markets is hard.
There is more than enough work to innovate, streamline, and automate within marketing itself — work that requires serious technical skill.

What keeps getting repeated isn’t wisdom, but inertia:
an old leadership model where ownership equals relevance.

Leadership today is more fluid.
More collaborative. Less territorial.

Marketers have plenty to do by going deep in their own vertical 
without clinging to frameworks built for a completely different world.

If you haven't noticed — the times of building in public, open-sourcing code, and sharing your knowledge for free are over. We're back to the IP glory days. 

Why? Thank LLMs.

Theoretical knowledge is a dime a dozen. Ask an LLM which AI tech stack you need to generate a $1M/month pipeline and it will scrub marketing fluff and Reddit agony into a fine-looking strategy. 

Try to implement it and you'll be sorry you were born.

What matters — what has actual value — is someone spending their time, sometimes a lifetime of lived experiences, and turning them into actionable advice.

 In the ocean of empty promises and fluff, the cost of this knowledge has grown exponentially.

I spent 6 months putting our stack together to get the result. It is not a beautiful symphony of custom agents and AI tools.

Countless hours of experiments and a sheer volume of frustration. 

I got to a result that honestly blows my mind. And now I have even more work, because the pipeline grew so fast.

Most of my predictions cause annoyance because they're inconvenient and challenge the status quo — and then they become mainstream in 2–3 years.

At Genesis, we locked down our documentation — for paying customers only. 

Our code was never and will never be open source. 

All this work and knowledge is the actual value in a time when agents can replicate anything.

And that's the hint. Replicate. Not create.

Creation is still a human trait — a complex process of acquiring experience and synthesizing knowledge.
