Hi, I'm Jean, a seasoned entrepreneur and product maestro with over two decades of experience in crafting digital products across various sectors, including eCommerce, SaaS, and Finance. My passion lies in not just developing customer-centric products but also in building and nurturing high-performance teams. I believe in the power of effective communication, problem-solving, and a relentless focus on customer needs to drive successful product strategies. 

While working mostly with the startups I spent some time doing management consulting, where I've empowered established organizations to embark on their innovation journeys with digital transformation. 

Outside work, I'm a proud husband and a farther of fantastic four, cherishing the beauty of Sigulda, Latvia 🇱🇻 now spending half of my time in Tallinn 🇪🇪 building the next big thing @ Avokaado.
