My role:
Leading across multiple Client programmes, working strategically in collaboration with our Clients to enable them to achieve their Talent Strategies through providing Progressive Talent solutions. 

Programme scopes include Talent Acquisition, such as RPO, all the way through to Audits/Transformation Planning, Employer Branding, Hiring Solutions and Learning and Development.

Delivery of Talent Management initiatives in line with People plan 
Design and delivery of the Recruitment team, implementing a direct sourcing model approach to reduce high agency reliance
Evolution of the onboarding process
Creation and development of blended learning offering, enabling skilled teams to perform and deliver business plan, ensuring engagement, motivation and retention of key talent.

People lead on a business transformation project to build sustainable and effective processes that will improve Front Line Training and Development.

- Delivery of Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development strategy

•Dealing with high volumes of calls on a daily basis consisting of telephone interviews and general enquiries from applicants or Area/National Brand Managers. 
•Acting up in the absence of the Manager where appropriate.
•Completion of Contracts and Offer of Employment packs to strict turnaround deadlines
•Carrying out Area Manager Inductions on Recruitment procedures
•Controlling the validation of Working Visa’s/Work Permits and Workers Registration Scheme Applications. 
•Arranging Training sessions for Counter Managers across all brands in UK and Ireland on a monthly basis, including booking all travel, flights and accommodation where necessary for the Trainers. 
•Having active involvement in implementing changes to our intranet system, writing processes and creating and re-writing scripts used for telephone screening. 
•First point of contact for Area Managers and other corporate staff when Recruitment Manager is absent from the business. 
•Creating Job Vacancy adverts to be placed on counters upon request
•Achieving over 90% on all calls monitored at call coaching sessions on a  monthly basis
