I was born and raised in Oxfordshire, England. I was a true farm boy, riding horses and looking after all the animals on my mum’s farm from a young age. “Mummies boy.”

I’m not much of an academic. I failed school “never finished to be fair,” and it took me a long time to learn to read and write.

I wear my heart 🖤 on my sleeve, and you’ll see that.

I was a chubbing kid, which caused me a lot of mental barriers I had with my body later on in life. A little even to this day...

But I turned my head into sports from a young age because it was something I was good at, and I finally didn’t feel like a failure.

This led me to compete for my country. Team GB 🇬🇧 for 7/8 years in Kayaking.

As someone who has DONE IT ALL from an ex-GBR athlete, I can now help ladies and gents worldwide succeed in their fitness goals and change their lives for good! The Gym gave me a place where I felt confident like I was finally becoming the real Brandon.

When I reached my early 20s, a switch flipped, sending me on a mission of self-development. I was eager to learn from the best in the industry so I could improve my own life and set an example for others.

Everyone has vastly different needs, so I tailor everything around the individual and their lifestyle, goals, and needs. My clients benefit not only from building an incredible physique but also from the mental support and confidence they gain.

Same sh*t, just doing it a little better 

It was a week that felt a little harder than usual. I found myself feeling more… unfulfilled. I think that’s the right word for it. No specific reason, really. Just one of those weeks with more “flat days” than usual.

But life keeps moving forward, right?

As much as I wanted to curl up and binge watch Stranger Things, I’ve got training to do, clients to look after, a business to run, and my own goals to achieve. That’s the reality.

And if you’re a parent and you ever feel like running away on some days. Guess what? You still show up. You rock up and be the best parent you can be for your little one. That’s how I see it.

Do the sh*t you don’t necessarily want to do, and you will achieve a great physique. Same thing ✌️

Worldwide Transformation Coach | I Turn Ladies & Gents Into Photoshoot Shape, Body & Mind, By Moving 1% Daily

A change of environment is needed.

I've been training at B1 since I moved to Dubai 🇦🇪 nearly 5 years ago. Incredible f*cking place. The atmosphere is untouchable and I've met the most amazing people there, including my now fiancée.

But sometimes a change is needed, and as soon as MuscleHut announced their new gym in Dubai, I knew that the UK bodybuilding scene, the metal plates and the people who would be training there is exactly what I need for this next chapter in my life and bodybuilding.

The next week of training is just about getting settled in, setting baseline numbers with all their equipment (they have even more equipment arriving), finding which pieces I want to run with and getting used to the whole feel of the gym. From the moment you get out of the car, walk in the front door, when to have my pre-workout meal so it times perfectly with my first working set. All the little things that go into adapting to a new environment.

It might sound silly to some, all these small details.

But it's how I've always been. Even when I was kayaking, I had the specific gear I used to train and compete in, and the exact place I’d always get in the water.

Routine 🤌 The most powerful thing for results in my opinion and I'm OCD with my f*cking routine. Maybe too much, but it seems to have worked so far.

I'm excited for this next phase, and I know MuscleHut will be the place for a lot of future success for myself and all the new members there.  Standing Calf Raises — 3×10–15

Embrace the fluff!

Yes, body fat actually helps you get stronger. That extra softness you notice? It’s needed to build muscle.

This is where most people struggle, and I get it. Women often find this phase even harder than men. But ladies, if you’re like Sophie, who’s in a dedicated muscle-building phase after her first photoshoot 📸 and now preparing for shoot number 2 and her first time on stage.

This “fluffy” phase is f*cking essential.

Without it and without her new training plan targeting specific areas of her physique, progress simply wouldn’t happen. For women especially, this isn’t just normal, it’s biologically required.

Muscle building demands a calorie surplus. That surplus is where the magic happens.

More fuel → better training intensity → greater muscle stimulus → more muscle.

If you’re constantly chasing leanness, your body will never prioritise muscle growth. It’s not a mindset problem. It’s physiology.

She’s focusing on bringing up her glutes and lower body, which means accepting the extra fluff and embracing it for what it is. Temporary, intentional and transformative.

Shredded in 2026. Build now. Embrace the fluff ✌️
