My first job was working as a Janitor at the Greater Allen Cathedral of New York in June 2006. I enjoyed learning how to serve people, do a job, and learn about its mission.

Those experiences translated to my first full-time job, working at a casino in October 2011.

(Here's how to completely transform your networking)

1. I will ask for specific help when I need it

- Start your post with: "I need your advice on this."
- Share what you tried. Be straight to the point.
- Ask why you need help. (Not clear? Rewrite)

2. I will personalize my comments

- When commenting, share your personal experience.
- Write how you felt or what the post reminds you of.
- Even if you think no one will read it, still share.

3. I will go on a call with 1 connection monthly

- Check connections you haven't spoken to.
- In your DM, mention a recent post you loved.
- Finally, ask to speak for 15 minutes. Follow up.

4. I will write at least 1 LI Recommendation per quarter.

- Reach out to your 1st degree connections.
- Think of how they added value to you and thank them.
- Send a draft. Talk about the situation, with results.

5. I will reflect on my comments to improve them

- Look at the last 10 comments you wrote.
- Think of how you can make your comments better.
- Ask yourself: "Does my comment expand on the post?"

6. I will connect with at least 1 new person per day

- Check posts from 2nd and 3rd-degree connections.
- Check their content and send a personalized request.
- Offer to support their posts. Check their posting time.

7. I will write 7 thank you cards to send in person
- Find a store or shop online to buy blank cards.
- Let your connections know you are sending a card.
- Ask where to mail it to and thank them for their help.

This list is important to help you build real relationships.

This is easily overlooked in LinkedIn comments:

Making the author of the post look "great".

Often times, we fall into this trap of trying to say the best thing. Something that'll attract likes and replies.

But we forget about the author of the post.

My simple formula is:

1. Always tag + acknowledge the author of a post
2. Compliment them.

Why should you do this? Because...

1. You're valuing the author's work
2. You're not making it all about yourself
3. It shows "authenticity" to your audience

In a nutshell...

Don't make your comment look good.
Make the author look great too!
It's an excellent combination!

Working hard towards your New Year’s resolution?

Or is momentum starting to fade?

Here's the truth:

Most people have resolutions that fade before the month ends.

In my opinion, the best way to stay the course and to accomplish your goals is to start smart. To do this you:

Take a goal.
Break it down.
Make it realistic.

For example: my goal is to comment on at least 20 new people's posts. Daily.

So I:

-Set aside time to comment daily
-Ensure my commenting time is uninterrupted
-Have a list of 20 accounts that I want to comment on

This means I have to step out of my comment zone, too.

And I have to build a habit. One that I can handle.

But the good thing is the more you do it, the better you get.

Carry this momentum forward and make each day count so you can ensure that you meet your goal.

Let's make 2026 a great year for stretching ourselves!

I used to ONLY write about longevity for health.

Optimization. Biohacking. HRV scores. Sleep architecture. The perfect supplement stack.

Then I realized: longevity means 💩 if you can't sustain it.

You can build all the good habits. Gym every day. Track every biomarker. Obsess over your Oura scores.

But if you're still burning yourself out chasing the perfect health metrics while your business crumbles, your relationships suffer, and you forget what joy feels like?

That ain't longevity, babe. 
That's just anxiety with a WHOOP strap.

I learned this the hard way.

The resolutions are already cracking.
And the voice in your head is negotiating your surrender.

You told yourself you'd be different this year:

Two years ago, I listened to David Goggins on Huberman's podcast.

And yeah, a lot of people get triggered by David.
He swears like a motherfucker.
He's intense.

He doesn't coddle anyone or conform to the soft self-help mindset that dominates this space.

But that's exactly why real elite performers respect him.

NO FLUFF. 
No sugar-coating. 
No excuses. 
No victim mentality.

YUCK!

One line from that podcast changed everything for me:

"𝗠𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀. 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗰𝗸."

Huberman explained the science behind it:

When you do things that suck, things you actively don't want to do, you grow the anterior mid-cingulate cortex.

💡 The ACC is the part of your brain responsible for willpower, resilience, and the capacity to override your default programming.

It doesn't grow from comfort.
It doesn't grow from motivation.

It grows from friction.

→ Doing hard things you don't want to do.
→ Facing discomfort instead of avoiding it.
→ Building the muscle to say no to the voice that negotiates your standards down.

This is why most people stay stuck.

Not because they don't know what to do.

❌ Because they've never trained their brain to override the voice that says "not today."

I have "Discipline" tattooed on my bicep and "Freedom" on my collarbone.

I got those tattoos before I ever discovered Jocko Willink's book: 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺.

Because I already knew the truth:

→ Discipline isn't restriction.
→ It's the only path to real freedom.

Most people spend their lives avoiding discomfort.... and then wonder why they feel stuck, powerless, and trapped in patterns they can't break.

Here's what separates people who succeed from people who don't:

It's not talent.
It's not intelligence. 
It's not luck.

𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴.

✓ To do the thing that sucks.
✓ To parent yourself when you want to quit.
✓ To outwork the version of you that negotiates excuses.

Your brain doesn't grow from what feels good.
It grows from friction.

So if you're already slipping... GOOD.

I made my first $100K posting on LinkedIn, teaching what almost killed me in 2020.

Not credentials or theory.

Survival.

I started a lucrative career in tech at 18. Loved my job, the people and the passion. Woke up every day excited to go to work for 10 years.

𝘞𝘩𝘰 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵? 

Quit in 2016 because I wasn't experiencing substantial growth, and I was done asking permission to go on vacation.

Let's just say that my life was too "perfect," and I craved discomfort (thanks, Cycling!)— 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿!!

I spent the next decade travelling the French / Italian / Spanish / Swiss Alps on my roadbike. While:

↳ working remotely
↳ launching brands online
↳ building 7K mailing lists in less than a month
↳ consulting for and building businesses from zero multiple times
↳ collaborating on fun projects with friends in the industry
↳ building a community of highly conscious human beings

In 2020, I lost everything that made me 𝘮𝘦.

My body shut down from a head-on MVA, chronic stress, trauma from leaving a toxic relationship, and burnout from launching 2 start-ups during the pandemic.

☠️ I couldn't eat without chronic pain for 2 years, going blind in my right eye from a concussion. Prior to that, I was hit by cars on my roadbikes, and had to deal with an ex's family trauma.

After years of training like an athlete while building like a machine, my body gave out. Nervous system was in FULL collapse.

But I kept performing because that's what we do, right?

Wrong.

The breakdown was a biological intervention. My body was sending the message my ego refused to hear:

→ You can't scale what you can't sustain.

Most people can’t see it.

Societal conditioning locks them into left-brain dominance, where only the visible is considered “real” and only the measurable is considered true.

However, those who integrate both hemispheres experience enhanced cognitive longevity, stress resilience, and overall well-being.

Because true healing and overcoming limiting beliefs are beyond the metrics of societal conditioning.

All your answers to life lie in the fabric of existence itself.

The ancients knew it.
Tesla knew it.
Einstein lived it.

So here’s the challenge: stop choosing between logic or intuition.

Cultivate both.

→ prewashed mixed greens
→ probiotic (sauerkraut or kimchi)
→ lactose-free milk for coffee & shakes
→ protein: rotisserie chicken, tofu, ground beef, canned fish.
→ snax: artisan chips, dark chocolate, anything I LOVE (I’m NOT a health-nazi and enjoy a 90/10 balance ⚖️).

✅ 𝟯. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

→ I travel with all my supps.

→ Habit-stack walking: plan ahead + walk to where you need to go. Reframe it exercise.

→ Running shoes. What's your excuse? Besides, it’s one of the best ways to explore a new city!

→ Find a gym or use body weights. Muscle is the currency for longevity. Do it.

→ Cycling is my life. I bring my bike whenever I can.

My body had a full meltdown in Mexico City.

Not because I'm fragile.
Because I'm too optimized.

Within a few hours of being outside in the overwhelming air pollution, tears streaming, nose running like a faucet, coughing up grit. 

My nervous system screaming at me to evacuate.

What stopped me cold: nobody around me seemed to notice.

Was it because they were tougher? Or numb?

💣 THE HEALTHY PARADOX:

Years of optimization don't just make you stronger... they make you more SENSITIVE.

Your detox pathways become so efficient that they immediately mobilize against threats instead of quietly accepting them.

Runny nose? Not weakness. My body actively pushing toxins out.

Tears? Flushing particulates.

Coughing? Clearing contaminated mucus.

These aren't signs of a fragile system but a highly functional one that hasn't been beaten into submission.

Most people don't react because their systems have adapted by lowering their standards, dulling awareness, shutting down acute responses in favour of chronic low-grade inflammation.

Mexico City is extraordinary.

The food scene, the DJs, the creative energy pulsing through every neighbourhood— CDMX earned every bit of its hype. I went for a wedding and stayed because I couldn't pull myself away.

I'll absolutely go back. But next time? I'm bringing an N95 mask, and I won't stay longer than five days.

You see:

Once you experience what your body feels like operating at a higher standard; truly clean air, nervous system regulation, intentional recovery, you can't unsee it.

You can't unfeel it.

Every environment becomes a conscious choice rather than passive acceptance.

Yeah, that makes some things harder. It means planning detox protocols. Packing masks. Acknowledging that even incredible experiences come with a recovery cost.

But it also means I have agency.

Choice.

Awareness of what I'm exposing myself to and the ability to respond accordingly.

The gap between how I experienced CDMX and how most people experience it isn't about my body being "weak."

It's about my nervous system being awake and my detox pathways being so efficient that they immediately mobilize instead of quietly accepting.

And I'll take sensitive over numb every single time.

If you're optimizing to the point where your body reacts to environments most people consider "normal," you're not fragile.

You're elite.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

In my free time, you won't catch me doomscrolling, binging shows or wasting time. 

I'm writing (for no specific audience), researching endless topics, listening to podcasts while riding climbing a mountain... while strategically wasting my time on pleasures such as partying with my friends.

To the dismay of my social media managers, I never look at my post stats because I don't care. 😅

And when you focus just on THE PROCESS, of course, 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺, everything falls into place. 

You see.. I learned this after 15 years of being obsessed with fitness: staying lean isn't about the numbers on the scale, but the tiny habits throughout your day (aka process).

Today: my life isn't perfect or easy, but I do whatever I want whenever I want. Party hard on a Tuesday and sleep in on a Wednesday. Fly to Mexico City spontaneously if I feel like it.

And the irony? I still don't care about the numbers.

I learned to surround myself with people who are obsessed with finance and let them run what would kill my energy. 

They think in compound interest and tax optimization. 

👑 I think in systems, transformation, and building empires that don't require me to become someone I'm not.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹.

You just need to know what you're NOT good at... and find people who are obsessed with exactly that.

The gap between employed and free isn't about how much money you have. Are you willing to step into the unknown even when you don't have all the answers?!

The money figures itself out when you stop trying to be someone else's version of "smart" ... and start building from who you actually are.

I've never had a job interview since '07, when I began my first decade-long career in tech, because I have always had a personal brand online. 

I've literally been blogging since I was 9 and have been winning design awards online since I was 12 in '99. 😆

Today, my clients come through referrals or social media.

As a girl who has always been a black sheep, if I can do this, you can too.

When I started building online @ 9, I had no idea I was developing one of the most valuable skills of the 21st century...

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

✨ Back then, the internet was this magical place where a kid could:

→ Win awards in communities like AsianAve (aZnGyRL6o4 😆)
→ Connect with people across the world through guestbooks
→ Build things just because it was FUN!

Nobody was thinking about "personal branding" or "content strategy."

You showed up b/c you were CURIOUS.

YOU FUCKING LOVED IT.

The feedback loop was entirely INTERNAL.

I was an early adopter of everything... mailing list, blogging (Tim Ferris used to comment on mine), FB, IG... built audiences across every platform.

I was #1 on Twitter in my city. Created multiple communities, including a Run Club that kept on going years after I left (back to cycling 🚴🏻‍♀️).

Not 'cause I had a master plan
Because I genuinely ENJOYED THE PROCESS.

Then 2015: something shifted

Social media had turned into this exhausting performance machine. Everyone was optimizing, scaling, chasing likes. 

So I walked away.
↳ Deleted a 12k email list
↳ Quit successful 9-5
↳ Lived IRL

The gap taught me: the ones who last aren't the ones with the best content strategy but whose biology can actually SUSTAIN the work.

20+ yrs building online taught me:

✅ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬.

You can have the most brilliant strategy but if your nervous system treats visibility like a threat + stress response chronically activated; YOU'LL SABOTAGE EVERYTHING.

Intelligence will be infinite. AI can generate perfect hooks, perfect positioning, perfect everything. Everyone will have access.

What's left?

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽. 

The nervous system resilience from building when nobody was watching. The somatic wisdom to know when to push and when to rest.

Those are biological assets, babe. You can't hack them.

💡 The principles that build a body are the same ones that build a voice.

Repetition without immediate reward.

That's how you build muscles. Bone density. Habits. 🧬 

𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡'𝗧 𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗘.

𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘐 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵𝘴? Not wasted effort.  Just 'putting in the reps'.

Family betrayal he never processed. 
Trauma he was too terrified to look at. 

A body locked in survival mode while his brain tried to execute at the highest level.

And I didn't just watch from the sidelines.

I was not only his girlfriend but his business partner.

So when he started making catastrophic decisions, burning bridges, sabotaging deals we'd spent months building, ghosting on commitments...

I felt every single one of them.

The businesses fell apart. 
Our relationship imploded. 
Our health collapsed.

I left.

Not because I didn't care. 

But because you can't help someone who won't help themselves.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲. Before I met him, the words "trauma" and "anxiety" didn't even exist in my vocabulary. Seriously.

But secondary trauma is real. And I watched it start rewiring my own brain in real time. I wasn't going to let his unhealed wounds damage my nervous system the way they'd destroyed his.

I rebuilt myself from the ground up.

That experience taught me something most entrepreneurs never connect:

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆. 𝗜𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻. 

It changes how your nervous system perceives threat.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗯𝗶𝗴, 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲.

Because to a dysregulated nervous system, success looks like danger.

Your brain literally prunes the neural pathways you need for growth when it's stuck in chronic survival mode.

This is neuroscience, not theory.

ⓧ So you hit the income ceiling and immediately burn it down.

ⓧ You attract the perfect partnership and sabotage it three months in.

ⓧ You get the opportunity and ghost at the last second.

And everyone, including you, thinks it's a character flaw.

➡️ I turned 38, but I feel like I'm aging backwards... happier, fitter, and more alive than ever. These healthy habits feel easier year after year!

I began my healthy lifestyle in 2007 and have NEVER fallen off the bandwagon nor lost motivation to work out since.

➡️ Grew up in a humble home with zero mentors, walking to school in waist-deep snow + making my lunches since kindergarten. My parents, bless them, were uneducated and juggling two jobs, so they were rarely home. 

➡️ Thought I was too dumb for med school, I taught myself how to code + design at 9 (plot twist, lol).

➡️ First out-of-body experience at 6, floating outside the Milky Way, saying to myself, "wow, we are so tiny and insignificant in the grand scheme of things."

➡️ Read the bible when I was 7 after being forced to sit in church with my cousins, and decided to forge my own path. 🧐 

That was my first awakening.

🔥 My traumas? My amazing parents weren't there emotionally because they were busy working multiple jobs to survive. My Barbie had one shoe. I couldn't bring myself to ask for another, seeing how hard my parents worked (instilled a scarcity mindset I had to shed later in life).

So, if I can do this, you can do it too!!

👋🏼 For my wonderful new followers, a quick hello: my life is unconventional AF. The eternal black sheep, but thanks to my superpower (ADHD), I've never felt lonely; more like a cozy solo adventure. I've ALWAYS done the opposite of what everyone around me is doing.

By forging my own trail and chasing what sparks joy, I've built a life beyond the ordinary: untouched by recessions or layoffs, fearless in creating opportunities and asking for what I want.

I basically quit because my life was “too” perfect. Amazing career, boyfriend who did everything for me and never challenged me, dreamy apartment in the nicest part of downtown.

...but oh-so-vanilla, like plain yogurt without the toppings. 🙄

𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱.

Then, after 7 years into a super fun career... a 7-week paid sabbatical opened my eyes: growth had stalled, and adventure called.

💃🏻 2015-19 were golden years; healthiest and happiest of the decade. Made LA my home base with an incredible life cycling in the mountains every weekend, and travelled around the world, on a plane almost every two weeks for two years.

Inspired by 'The Surrender Experiment', I said YES to it all, stepping way outside my bubble, diving into experiences most folks only dream of (honestly, most of my stories are not LinkedIn appropriate, but feel free to ask! 😆).

As I step into 38, into another golden year, I'm inspired by how far a single bold choice can carry us.

↳ I dated a brilliant doc yet he was trapped in a system that ignored the power of nutrition & holistic health. I taught him abt macros, the importance of movement, sunshine and ending reliance on pills. He has integrated this into his life and practice.

↳ Doctors are victims of the system too, but the ones willing to unlearn? They make a real difference and will change the world.

📌 𝗙𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛

↳ Many of my friends are decades older than me (world of endurance sports!). A dear older sis, who had the "perfect" life battled an autoimmune condition because she carried the weight of everyone else but herself. Despite living in chronic pain, she pushed harder than anyone 🚴🏻‍♀️. NEVER gave up. Mood was positive and infectious. I was obsessed with her energy. Her strength was inspiring.

↳ Yet I STILL see it: countless high-achieving female athletes/execs, ignoring their bodies, suppressing their menstrual cycles, and wondering why they're exhausted, bloated and anxious because they push too hard. It breaks my heart.

↳ But the conversation is shifting as we talk openly about hormones, cycles, and menopause. 🙏 Our bodies are miraculous and regenerate themselves. It's never too late to start cultivating healthier patterns.

I see these patterns right away in my friends, but I never quite understood until I went deep into researching…

📌 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗨𝗠𝗔 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚

↳ Had an ex who was severely traumatized by family betrayal— one of the worst types of trauma. I learned that trauma is like brain damage, leading to self-sabotage.

↳ After our relationship ended (due to his inability to face his trauma), I vowed never to let it happen to me or anyone else I love. Your brain can't solve what it doesn't understand, so I dove deep into trauma and brain health.

📌 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣

↳ In 2020, a car accident, chronic stress, and the pandemic shattered my health. The broken system made me feel hopeless.

↳ I quickly realized nobody was coming to save me. It wasn't easy, but a decade of biohacking and the resilience from endurance sports kicked in, and I instinctively knew what I had to do to heal.

My journey has taught me that we all have the power to challenge the status quo, to heal ourselves, to inspire others.

We must dare to be different and listen to our inner voice.

We must advocate for ourselves.

Besides, there are 8+ billion people worldwide. It's not your job to make everyone like you. How exhausting! 🤯 Def don’t have time for that.
