I don’t just enjoy strategy - I deconstruct it. I’ve always been drawn to how people think, how decisions are made, and the unseen forces that drive behaviour. I’ve built brands with no budget, with limited resources, and at global scale. Whether it’s been hustling to grow a startup with organic, high-leverage tactics or managing multi-million-pound marketing budgets at Amazon and BAT, I’ve learned that strategy always beats spend when done right.

I’m an INFJ, known for being visionary, strategic, and deeply intuitive - the same as Nelson Mandela, which probably explains why I value insight, integrity, and meaningful impact over surface-level success.

I’ve worked with CMOs, founders, billionaires, artists, investors, and creatives. I’ve shaped global brand strategies, negotiated high-impact partnerships, and launched campaigns that drive real-world impact.

Beyond my work, I’ve been in the top 1% of all Spotify listeners worldwide, consuming over 5,800 artists in 2024 alone. Music is more than just a passion - it’s a way I experience the world, much like branding and consumer psychology.

I completed a 3 year National Diploma course in Clothing management after High School before getting a position as an assistant merchandiser at Jacques Hau. 

I later joined Ackermans and took part in their Trainee Buyer, Planner program for 2 years while working as an assistant buyer in the Ladies footwear department. Once signed off from the program i received my own portfolio as a Buyer for Mens and Boys Footwear, this position i held for 4 years after which i moved into the toddler boys footwear portfolio for a further 2 years. 

After 8 years at Ackermans i decided i needed a change and was appointed as the Senior buyer for Mens Leisure footwear at Cape Union Mart for Old Khaki, Cape Union Mart leisure and Tread and Miller.
I oversaw these areas as well as mentored 2 trainees into buying positions and took on extra responsibility as accessories buyer for Tread and Miller for a short period of time. 
Working for the Cape Union Mart group allowed me to expand my skills into leather and premium footwear as well as branded footwear such as Asics, Adidas, Puma etc.
