I usually find myself working in research or innovation teams due to attention deficient and boredom with solvable problems. I very much enjoy speaking, teaching, and sharing things I've learned with others.

The root of Cory’s passion for the connected nature of tech enhancing the future of work began in the early 2000s in robotics research initiatives for the FedEx Institute of Technology. He went on to pioneer mobile helping enterprises develop strategies to mobilize staff workflows and collaboration in the pre-enterprise project management app era of “BYOD to work” in the mid-2010s. Seeing the promise of physical and digital integration, Cory brought physical products to life leading the Connected Technologies division at a hardware development firm. Beginning in 2018 Cory began researching and leading the Future of Work at Gigster as VP of Product and Research advocating for leveling outdated hierarchical structures within organizations. Cory is a futurist with the goal to continuously question the status quo. His research answers the questions that will define how the innovations of today will impact the work of tomorrow.

- Search, access and make project information classification -> find out target projects to have suitable strategies
- Seek new strategic partners/customers while enhancing the relationships with current partners to get more cooperation opportunities
- Check price of material and equipment to make quotation for project
- Make plan to monitor and control project progress & payment status
- Coordinate with other departments to initiate, finalize contracts and propose timely solutions
- Ensure production schedule and product quality -> meet project schedule and ensure customer satisfaction about the company's services
- Make monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on business strategy, contracts & sales and debt collection plan
- Arrange and manage team’s documents (company profile, experience records, customers information, bidding and projects documents…)
- Support to organize company events, seminars, product exhibitions,...

• Efficient Power Grids in Small and Medium Sized Cities - Phase 1 -
Package NPC-KFW3-110-G02 (P2): Procurement, transportation and installation of equipment for 110kV substations and T/L: Mai Son, Truc Dai, Hong Linh, Cao Thang, Binh Luc, Bai Tranh (amount: $3.8 million)
• Capacity increase of 110kV Krong Ana 2 Substation (amount: $112K)
• Supply cable for 220kV Tra Noc Substation (amount: $143K)
