I very much enjoy speaking, teaching, and sharing things I've learned with others.

The root of Cory’s passion for the connected nature of tech enhancing the future of work began in the early 2000s in robotics research initiatives for the FedEx Institute of Technology. He went on to pioneer mobile helping enterprises develop strategies to mobilize staff workflows and collaboration in the pre-enterprise project management app era of “BYOD to work” in the mid-2010s. Seeing the promise of physical and digital integration, Cory brought physical products to life leading the Connected Technologies division at a hardware development firm. Beginning in 2018 Cory began researching and leading the Future of Work at Gigster as VP of Product and Research advocating for leveling outdated hierarchical structures within organizations. Cory is a futurist with the goal to continuously question the status quo. His research answers the questions that will define how the innovations of today will impact the work of tomorrow.

In 10 words: I help marketing leaders use AI to win back time.

Why I do what I do: 
Freedom has always been my north star.

It led me from academia into marketing, trading theory for creative independence. It moved me from running an agency in Hungary to leading global teams in London. 

Seeking a bigger stage, not just a safer one.

It’s why I went fully remote in 2014, years ahead of the curve, so I could choose the clients and missions that mattered most to me.

Today, that same drive fuels my work with marketing leaders navigating AI. Because when used right, AI doesn’t reduce creative freedom. It amplifies it. It preserves focus. It buys back time.

I’ve spent 10 years leading in-house creative teams and 10 more as CMO for B2B tech scale-ups. Building marketing operations, mentoring teams, and delivering work that drives key metrics. 

Along the way, I wrote Leadership Anywhere, a book on async leadership.
