Played a key role in absorbing two operating companies who were competitors and implemented synergies from the mergers totaling more than $5.6M in annual savings.

Instituted new financial reporting requirements for its offshore companies,  created first-ever written goals for the various operating units , and assumed domestic operational and worldwide purchasing responsibility within six months.

* Developed and implemented a strategy to resolve Freedom Scientific's default of bank debt by aligning spend and revenue, diverting resources that improved the company's bottom line, and refinancing bank debt with better terms.  Paid off bank debt within 3 years.
* Worked with private equity owners to lead a profitable exit of 2 private equity firms at Freedom Scientific, (now VFO Holdings B.V.)  Oversaw 3 successful mergers in one year.
* Nearly tripled revenues and returned TopSpeed Corporation to profitability in a fiercely competitive market.  Improved gross margin by 12%, reduced expenses by 10%, and increased revenues by 76% within one year, achieving a positive operating income for the first time.
* Overcame a criminal investigation, fines and penalties of $750 million by U.S. Customs while at GE, formerly RCA.  Criminal investigation was dropped and exposure reduced below $1 million.
* Provided critical financial information and reporting on Payne Fabrics that assisted investment bankers and enabled a successful leveraged buyout by an investment group.
