Chapel Hill, NC. SAIR is a DEIB consulting firm providing assessments, training, coaching, and membership products to a variety of organizations - from the Fortune 100 to non-profits. 
Oversaw design, development, and deployment of 5 major DEIB assessments. Consulting projects included:
- Assessing the readiness of the Fortune 500 transportation sales team to embrace DEIB concepts and measuring current inclusion and belonging.  
- Analyzing cross-racial interactions at a continuing care and retirement community with 600+ primarily white residents and 400+ primarily POC care providers. 
- Assessing belonging at a regional Behavior Health Care company with 2000+ employees distributed across field sites in two states. 
- Detailing inclusion and equity opportunities at a clean energy startup with 100 remote employees. 

Led development, design, and delivery of 40+ DEIB custom trainings. SAIR developed custom hybrid training on Kajabi, Searchi, and Howspace platforms. Primary facilitator of all SAIR’s live workshops and discussions.  Subjects Included: Cisgender Sexism, Microaggressions, Fatphobia, Neurodiversity Disability and Chronic Illness, Saviorism and the Mission Driven Organization, Cultural Humble Facilitation and Mediation, Belonging During A Layoff, Classism, Gaslighting, Trauma Informed Classroom Management, Developing Inclusive Curricula. 

Developed the Belonging Circle, SAIR’s membership for DEIB practitioners, which consists of toolkits and blueprints for DEIB initiatives, executive development, ERG leadership and skills development, and ongoing management of DEIB department responsibilities. 

Responsible for SAIR’s marketing and social media, proposal development, and sales process.

Delta Gamma

Elected to serve on 7 member governing body.  Founded in 1873, Delta Gamma is a 501(c)(7) with over 150 collegiate chapters, 200 alumnae chapters and associations, and nearly 200,000 living members. Oversaw marketing communications strategy, including a strategic realignment of resources and crisis response communication plan. Change agent responsible for moving DEI efforts forward. Oversight of the 150th celebration and biannual Convention.

Council Trustee Communications

Consultant to national sorority on groundbreaking equity audit.  Advising Kirwan Institute equity audit team through contextualizing the sorority’s history and developing strategic initiatives for a more inclusive future.

Race Matters & White Women Discussing Racism

I am expert in moderating and facilitating challenging discussions around foundational racism and equity concepts among thousands of participants.  

Creator and moderator of Race Matters, a highly active discussion group of 800+ white members at early stages on an anti-racism journey, to learn, ask questions and explore implicit beliefs with intentionally kind and donated labor from BIPOC.   

Moderator of White Woman Discussion Racism, a 2500+ member online group. 

Facilitator of weekly discussions on racial equity and inclusion topics with 8000+ member parenting group.

Co-founder, Everyone’s NC.  An umbrella association bringing together nonprofits, elected officials, and 20+ activist organizations representing 60,000+ members focused on aligning missions, amplifying impact, and reducing redundancies. Together with two other counders, I conceptualized group, developed buy-in from stakeholders, planned and executed first two annual meetings of group leaders, weekly calls, and online communications.

Our Shot NC

As a founding member of Our Shot, NC PAC, I worked with high-profile candidates and legislators on various issues, including redistricting reform, voting rights, racial equity, and criminal justice policy. Our Shot NC Political Action Committee, advised by Rep. Graig Meyer, raised money for candidates in competitive 2018 state house races.

Weddings Magazine was a fashion-forward, four-color glossy wedding property of Mangrum Publishing. As Editor, I was responsible for editorial planning and content creation, and I collaborated to plan and execute photoshoots. Weddings Magazine had a circulation of 20K and was published twice a year in the Research Triangle of NC.
