They build:

2. An email system that keeps them front of mind
3. Outbound that supports visibility instead of replacing it
4. Follow-up that does not rely on memory

In other words, they move from momentum to mechanism.

Momentum feels good when it is high.
But it collapses the moment attention shifts.

Mechanism keeps working even when you are not in the mood, not inspired, or not actively selling.
