Why You’re Not a Leader?

Everyone tells you to “show up more on LinkedIn.”

But here’s the part no one warns you about:

You can post daily and still be forgettable.

That happened to me last quarter.

Because it blended in with everyone teaching the same thing.

So I changed one thing:

Instead of posting what I know, I started posting how I think when no one is watching. Not frameworks. Not tips.

 Not "5 ways to…"

Just the kind of thinking I only shared with clients on calls.

That tiny shift did what consistency couldn’t:

People started quoting my lines in their meetings, I got invited into rooms I didn’t even know existed, one post led to a client who said, “I don’t need a pitch. I already trust how you think.”

Same audience.
 Same platform.
 Different leverage.

Because authority isn’t built by being loud. It’s built when your thinking starts making decisions inside other people’s heads.

Before you post tomorrow, ask yourself:

 Are you sharing content… or perspective?

For the last 365 days, I’ve been obsessed with one goal.

Partly because the last time… I didn’t make it.

I still remember sitting on a bench, staring at a tree, asking myself the usual questions:

why… how… when…

I felt stuck. Heavy. Like nothing was moving, not even inside me.

Just a little to the left of that tree, a building was under construction. It was messing up the whole view.

Even people walking by were complaining:

“This building looks so bad.”
“It’s ruining the skyline.”

And then it hit me.

Why do people love the shiny skyscraper next to it, but hate the one still being built?

Simple:

Nobody likes the process.
They only praise the finished product.
And that’s when I understood my own season.

If you’re building something real, brick by brick, quietly, painfully, be prepared

People won’t applaud the mess.
They won’t cheer for the scaffolding.

They won’t understand the silence you need to grow. But when you’re done…they’ll swear they always believed in you.

Keep showing up!

How to build a business here without draining your energy?

LI is a gold mine if you know how to dig correctly.

If you are building something great and want to use this amazing platform, then just do this:

1. Find 100 people you admire the most

They might be your competitors, influencers, creators, educators, or bigger personalities.


2. Spend 60–90 minutes every day

Go leave meaningful comments on their posts and try to add value.


3. Note down what’s working for them

Use their structure, frameworks, style, and add your experience and POV.


4. Master Sales Navigator

Filter out and create a Dream 100 list, and go do the same: comment, connect. Make sure they are the right audience.


5. Create content that solves a problem

Start talking about what, when, and why, but don’t give away the “how.” Let them feel that you know your stuff.


6. Repeat

No one knows how the LI algorithm works, so double down on what works and keep doing it.

Do this for 90 days and you will end up having great clients and audience.
