2018 - Present: Lead our Utility Bill Audit team as we find and fix utility errors at Cannab*s Cultivations in a dozen states

2017: Began working with the Colorado Cannab*s industry. Succesfully achieved utility refunds & savings for more than 35 cultivation facilities by finding oversights on their electric, gas & water bills.
Clients include- The Green Solution, Native Roots, Medicine Man, Kind Love, & Viola. 

2016: Led my company into the upstate/ western NY market with a focus in Syracuse & Buffalo. Responsible for the LED lighting upgrades at over 65 properties in NY during 2016, including hotels, senior living facilities, multifamily properties & office buildings. Assisted in securing state/utility rebate funding for nearly every project. 

-Did the same for 8 facilities in San Diego, CA and 1 in Seattle.

2015: Took 21 Housing Authorities in NJ through the NJ Clean Energy Program. Worked on reducing overall energy usage at their public housing units via LED lighting upgrades. More than 100,000 LED bulbs/fixtures were installed across 45 facilities.

6 years ago, an older gentleman standing next to me at a conference, watched in horror as his ice cream began sliding off his cone and onto his crisp clean dress shirt

We were at a cannabis conference in Boston, standing in line to buy drinks when this happened

I quickly grabbed some napkins and introduced myself

He turned out to be a funny guy...

The kind of guy who on your first follow up call, decides to conference in a stranger without any heads up to make an intro

As fate had it, that stranger was Owen Martinetti 

And as more fate had it, Owen and I remained in touch all these years, culminating in him, Chris Abbenda, and David Pejovic, Esq. opening Milligrams in Mount Laurel, NJ with me joining along as an investor

Life is funny sometimes


Anyway, the store is open and ready to roll

And as for myself...

I learnt there's no use crying over spilled ice cream especially if there might be some cannabis at the end of the tunnel
