The algorithm isn’t against you 🤦🏼‍♀️ 
It’s a mirror.
It reflects what you consistently teach it to do.

So if it’s shit, it’s because you’re teaching it shit. 

👉🏼 If your posts are sporadic, your messaging changes every week, and your content speaks to everyone and no one at once, the algorithm doesn’t “suppress” you, it gets confused…..more than you by the looks of it. 

Because algorithms don’t think in inspiration or effort.
They think in patterns 📈 

They look for:
👉🏼 consistency of topic
👉🏼 consistency of audience response
👉🏼 consistency of intent and behaviour 

When those signals aren’t clear, you look shady AF and therefore apps are wary of you…..if you aren’t making them money by being intentional about what you’re doing, of course they’re going to be. 

❗️But what fucks most of you up? Is understanding that the algorithm is only half the equation.
The other half is human behaviour 🧠 

People don’t engage, save, or reach out because something is “good content.”
They do it because something feels:
✅ relevant
✅ familiar
✅ safe to respond to

If your content doesn’t help the right people recognise themselves, the algorithm has nothing to amplify, so you continue shouting into the void, convincing yourself LinkedIn gives enough of a shit about you to shadow ban your account……drop the ego princess, it really doesn’t care. 

This is why “just post more” doesn’t work or whatever other tactic you’re trying….woman to man, adding a million people a day, messaging every connection as fast as your thumbs can type…..

More content with unclear signals just trains the algorithm to show you to fewer of the right people.

Training the algorithm properly requires:
👉🏼 clear positioning
👉🏼 a defined buyer
👉🏼 consistent messaging
👉🏼 content that reduces decision friction

That’s not something you fix with a hook tweak or a content calendar.

January will be my first £30k month from LinkedIn.
Which is wild…or is it? 🤷🏼‍♀️
I keep flicking between disbelief and
“no, this is exactly what you intentionally built,” because that’s truth. I built this mother fucker brick by brick. 

But I’ve also been:
👉🏼 the woman whose card was declined
👉🏼 the one in debt up to her eyeballs
👉🏼 the one trying another idea, another angle, another reset
👉🏼 the one watching other people make it look easy while I was quietly panicking

I didn’t get here because I worked harder. 
Or posted more.
Or found a magic tactic…. you know, the one some shitheads on here sell 🙄 

I got here because I understood how people actually buy and I became obsessed with helping others understand it too. 

Positioning isn’t about looking polished.
Marketing isn’t about shouting louder.
Sales isn’t about convincing.

It’s about:
✅ knowing what makes people hesitate
✅ knowing what makes them feel safe
✅ knowing how decisions are really made under uncertainty

And plugging any gaps that leak those spaces. 

When you understand consumer behaviour and buyer psychology, everything changes.

Your content stops being noise.
Your message stops being optional.
Your offers stop needing justification.

And people PAY 💰 

They arrive warmer.
Conversations are shorten.
Decisions feel inevitable instead of forced.

5 reasons you won’t suck balls on LinkedIn after investing in a sales and marketing report 👇🏼
(Aside from the fact I’m fucking awesome, January is a 30K month for me on here and I’m really good at making other people money too 😉)

1️⃣ You’ll stop guessing.
Most people are shit at online sales because they’re throwing effort at the wrong thing. A proper report tells you what actually matters and what you can stop wasting time on.

2️⃣ Your content will finally make sense to buyers.
No more “this is interesting but…” energy. When your messaging lines up with how people actually think and decide, confusion disappears and so does hesitation.

3️⃣ Sales conversations get shorter (and less painful).
If you’re explaining, convincing or chasing, something upstream is broken. Fix that, and no shit Sherlock, conversations move quicker, calmer, and closer to money.

4️⃣ You attract better leads, not just more of them.
The goal isn’t volume. It’s people who get it, respect your time, and are ready to decide. That alone improves revenue and your sanity 🤪 

5️⃣ You stop repeating the same mistakes next quarter, like a bellend. 
Most people don’t fail because they’re bad at business, they fail because they never diagnose what’s going wrong. A report gives you a clear baseline, so progress is intentional, not accidental.

People don’t understand the compounded power of consistency anymore.
Especially when it comes to online success.

Why? 👇🏼
Because commercialism has convinced you that everything should happen immediately.

But buying behaviour doesn’t work like that.

People don’t wake up, see one post, and suddenly trust you with their money.
They buy after repeated exposure has quietly done its job……even if that repeated exposure happens over a few hours (which is the power of converting content btw) 

❗️Consistency builds buying signals long before a sale happens and it puts you in an essential feedback loop with your audience so you’re consistently doing what THEY want and respond to. 

Which creates:
👉🏼 familiarity (“I see this person everywhere”)
👉🏼 predictability (“I know what they’re about”)
👉🏼 safety (“this feels like a stable decision”)

From a consumer psychology perspective, it reduces perceived risk.
And buying is always a risk decision.

The brain is constantly asking:
“Is this reliable?”
“Is this safe?”
“Do I trust this to deliver?”

Every time someone sees you show up with the same message, the same energy, and the same positioning, that risk decreases a little more.

That’s why people often say:
“I feel like I already know you” or “I’ve been following you for ages”

That’s not accidental.
That’s shit working. 

Most people quit before these signals have time to build, because you’ve got no fucking patience 🤦🏼‍♀️ 

They confuse no immediate payoff with no progress…..which is why so many of you make idiot decisions and jump ship from investment to investment, hoping the new one will be “quicker”.

But sales isn’t just about visibility.
It’s about conditioning.

By the time someone reaches out, the decision has already been half made….80% of the work should be done BEFORE they hit your DMs. 

That’s the part people don’t see.
And the part that compounds in the background and gets the results.

No consistency 🟰 No results.

The way people buy this year will be different and whether you’re B2B or B2C, it’s going to impact how you show up online……
Why? Because human behaviour is shifting. 

Buyers are more cautious.
More discerning.
More mentally engaged.

They’re not switching their brains off and throwing £1–5k at quick fixes, funnels or loud promises anymore and corporate spends are being squeezed more and more. 

Consumers are asking…..
👉🏼 “Does this person actually understand my problem?”
👉🏼 “Do I trust them to reduce risk, not create more?”
👉🏼 “Will this make my life simpler, or just busier?”

Which is why most bullshit marketing is starting to crack. 

The tactics still look loud.
The promises are still big.
But the conversion underneath is weakening.

Buyers are no longer buying confidence alone.
They’re buying competence + safety + credibility.

And that changes everything.

In Q1 and into 2026, buying decisions will be influenced less by:
	❌ urgency tactics
	❌ artificial scarcity
	❌ aspirational lifestyle promises 

And more by:
	✅ consistency of message
	✅ depth of understanding
	✅ proof of thought, not just results
	✅ community signals (“who else is here?”)

Trust and community are becoming the primary conversion assets in a very commercial way.

People want to see:
	👉🏼 that others like them are already in your world
	👉🏼 that you’re not changing your stance every five minutes
	👉🏼 that you’re still saying the same thing when the rest of the internet gets bored and dies down

For your business, this means:

If your sales rely on adrenaline, pressure, or novelty, Q1 will feel harder.

If your lead generation relies on reassurance, clarity, and familiarity, it will compound.

The businesses that win in 2026 won’t be the loudest.
They’ll be the ones that feel safe to buy from.

Safe doesn’t mean boring.
It means:
🔥 predictable outcomes
🔥 clear positioning
🔥 calm authority
🔥 and a visible community that trusts you

That’s where buying is moving.

And if you build for that now, Q1 and 2026 won’t feel like a scramble, it will feel like momentum….especially when your competitors lack it 😉

And delay is lethal if your sales process relies on:

When buyers hesitate, they don’t ask more questions.
They disengage quietly.

This is why:

In uncertain markets, vague positioning, loose sequencing and soft CTAs don’t just underperform, they actively stall decisions.

The businesses that survive volatility aren’t busier, they’re clearer.
