I'm Anuj, founder of Cbetter & For Purpose, Festival Curator at Shoonya Festival, and a passionate advocate for personal branding. While I've dipped my toes in a myriad of ventures, my core roles have always revolved around branding, marketing strategy, and community building.

My entrepreneurial journey, initiated in 2010 with a book publishing house, has been one filled with remarkable experiences and noteworthy milestones. The diverse nature of my involvement may leave some wondering about my focus, but at the heart of it all, my love for branding and community building has remained constant.

Over the years, I've been part of a wide array of initiatives, including The Young Innovators Forum, LinkYou, and Entripreneur. Each of these has enriched me, broadening my perspective and continually fuelling my passion.

Cbetter, a creative agency headquartered in Jaipur, sprouted from this passion in 2016. From local to international clients, we've worked with over 200 companies, crafting narratives and building brands. Alongside this journey, we found a unique outlet for our creative energies - the Shoonya Festival. Five heartening editions in, it remains a cherished venture.

Parallel to Cbetter, I ventured into forming a community of digital marketing enthusiasts, Digital Asia, and orchestrated the Digital Asia Summit, marking it as Asia's largest virtual digital marketing conference, featuring industry stalwarts like Sandy Carter, Rand Fishkin, Perry Marshall, Barry Schwartz, among others.

Recognizing the powerful narratives of impact-driven organizations, I also founded For Purpose, a creative agency exclusively designed to amplify these stories that matter.

In between these diverse ventures, I love finding time to immerse myself in the rich culture and charm of Jaipur, my hometown and a World Heritage City. An avid host, I relish introducing visitors to the city's unique allure. So, if you're planning a visit to Jaipur, I'd be delighted to guide you!

Madhup started his professional journey with Mckinsey & Co, after passing out of IIT Delhi in 2004. A serial entrepreneur, Madhup has built companies from scratch, raised multiple rounds of capital, created immense value for clients; and created wealth for employees and investors; in his professional journey so far. 

Currently Madhup is on a mission to scale up TrueWholesale Stationery App, India's first B2B e-commerce store for Retailer, solving a critical problem of sourcing the complete assortment at the right price for lakhs of stationery retailers across India. He is also running a highly successful stationery General Trade Distribution House in Rajasthan for the past 13 years. 

Madhup was also the CEO & cofounder of myly - a mobile ERP for schools. Started in 2014, the company won several global awards, raised two rounds of external capital and finally in June 2019 was acquired by a large corporate house in Bangalore. Prior to this, Madhup was also a core team member of Kritial Solution in Noida, which is India's leading company in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision. Kritikal's subsidiary, Vehant Technologies is India’s leading security tech company, having multiple product patents. 

Madhup loves to interact within the startup ecosystem in Jaipur & Bangalore. He had been mentor to entrepreneurs in MiiC (MNIT incubation & Innovation Center, Jaipur) and was part of IIC (Institute Innovation Council) of IIT Jodhpur in the past. He has been guiding several startup founders on growth strategies for the past several years.
