I'm Anuj, founder of Cbetter & For Purpose, Festival Curator at Shoonya Festival, and a passionate advocate for personal branding. While I've dipped my toes in a myriad of ventures, my core roles have always revolved around branding, marketing strategy, and community building.

My entrepreneurial journey, initiated in 2010 with a book publishing house, has been one filled with remarkable experiences and noteworthy milestones. The diverse nature of my involvement may leave some wondering about my focus, but at the heart of it all, my love for branding and community building has remained constant.

Over the years, I've been part of a wide array of initiatives, including The Young Innovators Forum, LinkYou, and Entripreneur. Each of these has enriched me, broadening my perspective and continually fuelling my passion.

Cbetter, a creative agency headquartered in Jaipur, sprouted from this passion in 2016. From local to international clients, we've worked with over 200 companies, crafting narratives and building brands. Alongside this journey, we found a unique outlet for our creative energies - the Shoonya Festival. Five heartening editions in, it remains a cherished venture.

Parallel to Cbetter, I ventured into forming a community of digital marketing enthusiasts, Digital Asia, and orchestrated the Digital Asia Summit, marking it as Asia's largest virtual digital marketing conference, featuring industry stalwarts like Sandy Carter, Rand Fishkin, Perry Marshall, Barry Schwartz, among others.

Recognizing the powerful narratives of impact-driven organizations, I also founded For Purpose, a creative agency exclusively designed to amplify these stories that matter.

In between these diverse ventures, I love finding time to immerse myself in the rich culture and charm of Jaipur, my hometown and a World Heritage City. An avid host, I relish introducing visitors to the city's unique allure. So, if you're planning a visit to Jaipur, I'd be delighted to guide you!

Responsibilities: Extensively worked on  UNIX, Database , Autosys

A)Application & Environment  Availability
•	We maintain the environment available and up for the business user so that they can perform business activity
•	Preventative maintenance of the DB and Unix host
•	Application logs monitoring in order to find out the issues regarding application.
•	Involved in the issue resolution and Root Cause Analysis.
•	Take participate in Weekly Conference Call meetings with clients/counterparts to discuss team tasks, issues and other concerns.

B)END of Day Batch Run:-
•	Monitoring the Autosys EOD batch and other jobs in Autosys.
•	Notify the upstream/downstream teams for any planned/unplanned outage in environment.
•	Monitoring the production jobs through Informatica Monitoring tool.

C)Reporting
•	Prepare and submit the status report of tickets to Manager of our department on daily basic.
•	Involved with operations teams to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
•	Acknowledge any new ticket and Close (Resolve) the tickets/issue in properly pre define SLA .

D) Release management:-
•	Take participate in release activity and also update about the activity process at common chat channel.
•	Perform DR activity before the actual release.

Sr. System Engineer

Experis IT - A ManpowerGroup Company

•	Team member of TBO (Telecom Business Operation) handling the issues regarding activate   services and plans for the postpaid customers.
•	Worked on Oracle SQL Developer .
•	Monitor database for issues, report them.
•	Write small scripts for automatic uploading of data to database.
•	Maintain the UNIX server end process.

•	Performing domain migration, adding users in Active Directory, provide permissions etc.
