I'm Anuj, founder of Cbetter & For Purpose, Festival Curator at Shoonya Festival, and a passionate advocate for personal branding. While I've dipped my toes in a myriad of ventures, my core roles have always revolved around branding, marketing strategy, and community building.

My entrepreneurial journey, initiated in 2010 with a book publishing house, has been one filled with remarkable experiences and noteworthy milestones. The diverse nature of my involvement may leave some wondering about my focus, but at the heart of it all, my love for branding and community building has remained constant.

Over the years, I've been part of a wide array of initiatives, including The Young Innovators Forum, LinkYou, and Entripreneur. Each of these has enriched me, broadening my perspective and continually fuelling my passion.

Cbetter, a creative agency headquartered in Jaipur, sprouted from this passion in 2016. From local to international clients, we've worked with over 200 companies, crafting narratives and building brands. Alongside this journey, we found a unique outlet for our creative energies - the Shoonya Festival. Five heartening editions in, it remains a cherished venture.

Parallel to Cbetter, I ventured into forming a community of digital marketing enthusiasts, Digital Asia, and orchestrated the Digital Asia Summit, marking it as Asia's largest virtual digital marketing conference, featuring industry stalwarts like Sandy Carter, Rand Fishkin, Perry Marshall, Barry Schwartz, among others.

Recognizing the powerful narratives of impact-driven organizations, I also founded For Purpose, a creative agency exclusively designed to amplify these stories that matter.

In between these diverse ventures, I love finding time to immerse myself in the rich culture and charm of Jaipur, my hometown and a World Heritage City. An avid host, I relish introducing visitors to the city's unique allure. So, if you're planning a visit to Jaipur, I'd be delighted to guide you!

	Lead a team of 4 for the management of Aagaz, an event focused on employing ideas to achieve sustainable development.
	It witnessed a participation of 100+ students from different institutions all over the country.
	Framed problem statement and the event structure, and oversaw the publicity campaign for the event.

Jaipur Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd(Jaipur Dairy)

	Trainee at the dairy processing plant for three weeks, studied & analysed the functioning of the dairy industry.
	Acquired the knowledge of all the steps involved in the milk processing, packaging, aseptic packaging, ghee-butter, by-products (buttermilk, curd, paneer, shrikhand, flavoured milk, etc.), milk powder preparation, quality control, pollution control, boiler and refrigeration systems.

	Structured the informal gaming sphere of the festival by putting together a number of recreational events for over 2000 participants from different institutes all over the country.
	Lead a team of 8 for the successful conduction of the events.

Hi! I'm Divyanshu Gupta, a second-generation food entrepreneur with a boundless passion for culinary delights, particularly ice creams. 

I earned my B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious IIT (BHU) Varanasi in 2018, where I honed my analytical and problem-solving skills. 

My journey in the food industry began alongside my father, who founded Omni Ice Cream back in 1995. For over 6 years now, I've been actively involved in our family business, which serves various regions, including Rajasthan and parts of UP, Haryana, and Delhi NCR.

Initially working in bulk packs, we've recently focused more on the impulse ice cream market and developed an exciting range of ice cream cakes. Additionally, we've extended our services to ice cream catering for weddings and events, offering a delightful array of ice cream dessert options.

Over the years, I've gained extensive experience across multiple domains within the Ice Cream FMCG business, including purchasing, production, accounts, sales, hiring, and HR. However, my true passion lies in branding and marketing, where I've played a pivotal role in promoting our ice cream offerings.

Beyond the family business, I've developed a profound interest in the broader food industry and the nuances of running successful businesses. I'm eager to expand my knowledge and connections, and I'm always open to networking opportunities and learning from fellow professionals.
