Xercise4Less

•	Completed Xercise4less Fast Track 100 Management Development Programme, shadowing the Regional Business Manager
•	Took the Smethwick club from 42/52 to 16th in two months of being in post
•	General Manager, managing a club of 9 staff and 6,000 members. Constructed and filled a new Group X timetable in virtually 24 hours. Recruited 3 Personal Trainers, 2 Membership Consultants and a Receptionist
•	Attained 9th position out of 52 sales managers in 4 months
•	Run the Member Experience Team General Manager. Recruit, coach, manage, rota, lead, inspire and discipline.
•	Drive the team to hit daily, weekly, monthly, individual and team KPI targets, to increase membership sales, reduce costs and improve the P&L
•	Design and implement effective marketing activities, including developing and maintaining partnership. For example, Albion Foundation in connection with West Bromwich Albion, Sandwell Council and Sandwell Academy
•	Proving SWOT analysis on competitors
•	Operations. Maintain service standards and colleague and member retention. Handling member queries and complaints. Replacing and managing the External Group Instructor timetable. Work with the Personal Trainers.

General Manager

•	Responsible for building my own PT business, within the Xercise4less brand
•	Consistently meet PT KPI sales target from the start, when I achieved 170% of the PT sales target
•	Highest position attained, 12th in the country
•	Relationship building, caring about individuals’ stories and experiences, sharing knowledge, social media posts, booking and carrying out consultations, following up, offering free taster PT sessions and conducted free on the spot group workouts
•	Took group exercise classes in Studio Cycling, Abs, X4L Pump, Cycle4Fiit, Core4Fiit, 15/15/15, Stability 4FiiT and the rolling 8 week, 3 days a week Body Transformation Camp
•	Given the responsibility by manager to help new PTs with job role
•	Covered receptionist shifts, carried out end of day and closed the gym

•	Generate high volume pre-opening gym membership sales, for a premium budget gym company, with 42 gyms.  
•	Building brand awareness and developing relationships with corporate, businesses and general public, through events including Tesco, Sainsburys and Hamilton Academicals
