I worked at leadership/exec team level responsible for driving all strategic and core marketing activity with a commercial and customer centric focus.  Having developed the company's social media strategy, this and other digital marketing channels were a key area for growth to increase customer engagement and brand loyalty.  

Working with our internal teams, I drove a 12 month consumer events calendar, lead the acquisition marketing for b2b & b2c through CRM activity, monitoring products and analysing customer segments and sales to maximise opportunities, plus managed the company website & e-commerce journey.  

Progressing partnerships also fell under my remit as well as copywriting all marketing collateral and influencing the business events having created (in 2001) and managed the original corporate events departments, from scratch, delivering bespoke events across Snozone & Xscape.    

A member of Destination Milton Keynes I was part of the marketing group assisting and advising on the city's marketing strategy for several years.  A positive opportunist, I actively seek out new ideas and initiatives and strive for excellence in all areas!

I founded Inspired Marketing & Media in 2016, growing from freelancer to limited company owner through Covid so I get what it takes to build a business during challenging times.
