In my 34 years of operations experience I have worked extensively in the areas of customer service, product engineering and development, manufacturing supervision/management, materials and quality management. My career advanced into a Quality Director level responsibility over multiple US, Mexico and Canada facilities. I have solid working knowledge and hands on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, pFMEA, Gemba, team building and Quality Systems. 
I have specialized in Quality Systems development, training, auditing and management, connecting elements together through metrics and communication. My project management strategy through the use of the A3 tool supports consistent, on time and complete results.
