— Had some panic attacks and slept 2 hours per night
— Thought I was going to die on an airplane

In 2023, I was desperate for change so I…

— Sent one email that eliminated 75 hours/month in meetings
— Kept it simple (no outreach, ads, or hiring)
— Upsold existing clients and improved retention

THE RESULT:

In short, I accidentally discovered a better way.

→ 70 hour weeks turned into 8 hour weeks
→ 21 hours/week in meetings turned into 2 hours/week
→ $1M ARR turned into $2.5M ARR 12 months later

THE MINDSET SHIFT:

turned my sidehustle into a multi 6-figure design business,
which I run from my garden
on a 3 day workweek.

For 10 years+ my side hustle made almost no money.

more AI,
more whatever the latest shiny object is…

The problem?

Most freelancers are measuring their success by revenue.

Your revenue means nothing!

if I could go back, here's what I'd tell myself: 

"Life is short, then you die."
