— Thought I was going to die on an airplane

In 2023, I was desperate for change so I…

— Kept it simple (no outreach, ads, or hiring)

THE RESULT:

In short, I accidentally discovered a better way.

→ 70 hour weeks turned into 8 hour weeks
→ 21 hours/week in meetings turned into 2 hours/week
→ $1M ARR turned into $2.5M ARR 12 months later

THE MINDSET SHIFT:

I fell into coaching in 2024 kicking and screaming.

Over the course of four years (2018-2022), I started, scaled, and successfully exited my digital agency, The Guerrilla.
