Instead of innovation ↓
We witnessed a masterclass in logistical failure.

Thousands gathered at Bharat Mandapam with high hopes.
They met closed gates and confusion.

It is ironic to attend a future tech event lacking basic tech.
These were the ground realities reported by attendees.

↓ No Digital Payments
In 2026, food counters accepted only cash.
Imagine asking tech leaders to pay with paper money.
Most do not even carry wallets.

↓ Connectivity Blackout
Internet access was poor.
For a summit discussing cloud computing.
This stopped exhibitors from showing live demos.

↓ Security Overreach
Attendees faced massive queues.
Founders were kept outside while booths sat empty.
One visitor summed it up perfectly.

We are building the future but cannot manage a queue.
The focus shifted from AI breakthroughs to survival.

Jensen Huang likely avoided a PR disaster.
This mismanagement hurts our global image.

We cannot claim to be a tech superpower with broken logistics.
If we want the world to trust our tech.

We must fix our basic operations.
Execution matters more than the announcement.

The last 3 days at the India AI Impact Summit have been super interesting 🙌🏻

Walking around Bharat Mandapam, thought leaders at every step of the venue, with India taking centre stage in building AI has been quite an experience!

What stood out most to me were the intersectoral and multi-layered panels.

Honored to interact with some incredible leaders including Dr. Sampath Kumar, IAS, Development Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Govt. of Meghalaya; Christopher Ford, Head of Government & Public Affairs, EMEA, ANZ, Infosys; Kanupriya Misra, Education Specialist, The World Bank; 

Top 3 insights I’m taking from the summit-

📌 Human skills & unique human capabilities are becoming more relevant than ever! 🙌🏻

📌  As AI continues to evolve, the quality of our questions matter, just as much as the sophistication of our technology.

📌 We must continue to work on, question and enhance how AI can help in building a more inclusive, intentional, sustainable space for all.

One of the most valuable panels was by UN Foundation & Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) on “AI for the Next Billion”, a conversation featuring 
Mr Arunabha Ghosh, CEEW, Mr Amitabh Kant, ex-G20 Sherpa, Govt. Of India, Ms Claire Melamed, VP- AI and Digital Cooperation, UN Foundation and other incredible leaders!

The best part- The networking & conversations at the best places- Lunch lines, entry gates, at the beverage booth, inside the hall :)

Also met some creator friends and caught up with so many familiar faces!

Will definitely post a part 2 of the summit aswell!

I can’t keep calm- So grateful to share that my 4th TEDx talk is out now! 🙌🏻

I’ve often said this- From being an introvert to being on stages has been a massive jump, one that was deeply outside my comfort zone for many years.

But, now when I look back on that journey, each of these experiences have been a reminder of the power of conversations, of sharing your voice, and of stepping outside that comfort zone one step at a time.

In my 4th TEDx talk, I talked about the dilemma between trusting the process and building it, or maybe finding the right balance between them!

If you’re just starting out with content, here are 3 things you should remember :)

1. Your hook matters, yes.
    But so does the body of the post.

Hooks matter a lot because they stop the scroll. But it’s important that the entire post covers what the hook tries to convey.

2. Using your authentic voice in your posts is so important!

It’s the perspective, the POV that you bring to the table that helps people connect with your content. 

Sharing those experiences, moments, lessons, journey is what matters the most!

3. The best posts start conversations not just in the comments, but also in your DMs!

And that includes both inbound and outbound conversations. 

You can start conversations with people who have engaged with your post in your DMs- A bit underrated, but deeply valuable from a networking perspective :)

At the recent AI Impact summit, I had the absolute honor to meet Kris Gopalakrishnan Sir, one of the co- founders of Infosys!

Deeply grateful for his warmth, and encouraging presence. 

As AI continues to reshape industries, it’s powerful to witness leaders who have not only build the tremendous past of Indian tech but are actively shaping the future with their leadership.

Being the youngest in the room -> An honor and advantage if you utilise it the right way,

A lot of things on your plate -> A blessing if you enjoy and prayed for them!

Taking a break because you wanted to - A must because you didn't want to burnout.

Slow progress - Well, still progress, building your path take time.

Plans not working out -> Redirection, definitely not a rejection.

A lot of times, small changes in perspective changes everything! :)

And gratitude comes before all of it.

For most brands, "moment marketing" is just a box to tick, a social post, a generic greeting, and then back to business. 

But today, I saw a brand that actually got it right.

I found this small card from Urban Company inside my Zepto order this morning.

No slogans or celebrities, just a single, unexpected line:

"You don’t have to be strong and independent every single day"

It made me pause.

Most Women’s Day campaigns follow the same script: Strong. Independent. Superwoman. While they are empowering,  they also reinforce the pressure to “do it all.”

Urban Company chose a different approach. By quietly acknowledging that rest isn't a weakness, they tied the occasion seamlessly to their brand promise: liberty to relax while they take care of your beauty and wellness needs

The lesson here is simple: moment marketing isn’t about seeking attention. 

It’s about creating an experience that genuinely aligns with your brand’s purpose and the user’s reality. 

That’s how loyalty is built. 💯
