Colorado Power Wash (CPW) was founded on the basis of delivering a quality, reliable, and professional service to businesses and residents of our greater Denver community. As a result of our dedication, CPW is growing to be a premier power washing provider in our area. Service is king for us. Heavy equipment cleaning is a dirty job. I’m surprised there isn’t an episode on Mike Rowe’s “Dirty Jobs.”

You might wonder what’s the point of cleaning the machines since they’re just going to get dirty again?

Today, I was reminded of the importance of ownership on construction sites...

One of our masonry clients told me on a call they've had a great experience working with us. I asked him why and what's stood out. His answer shocked me...

He flat out said, "in addition to your great work, our foreman don't have to babysit your guys."

"Babysit?" I asked...

As he continued, he explained their previous washers constantly pulled their foreman away from his responsibilities to help lining out hoses, getting things set up, etc. 

This does 3 things:
- takes up the foreman's already-limited bandwidth.
- reduces job-site efficiency.
- creates distractions which could lead to safety or QC issues. 

"When you get on site, we just show you the areas to wash and you get it done. It's easy. " he said. 

Understanding your role and executing increases efficiency, improves job-site workflow, and limits difficulties.
