For those new here, I'm Clevette Combs, and welcome to my corner of LinkedIn universe.

A little bit about me:

Two decades of selling into Fortune 500 boardrooms, holding sizable quotas and building revenue for organizations most of you have definitely heard of.

Always say sales is the most fun career because you get to help people solve some serious and not-so-serious problems and meet some very interesting people along the way.  

Then AI happened, and honestly? I never looked back.

Three years ago I fell down the AI rabbit hole. Zero interest in climbing back out.

Here's what 20 years taught me:

Confidence is not born. It's practice.

AI doesn't replace your voice; it enhances it.

OTR was the first team that connected to my automotive passion. As a department head of the Ontario Tech Racing Team, I led the Sponsorship and Finance Department. I ensured the team was appropriately funded throughout the year by working with sponsors, developing relationships and managing money appropriately with the use of complex spreadsheets. I co-led the entire business department and assisted with commercial, logistics and marketing operations of the team, which includes competition planning, financial health presentations and strategic tax planning. I was in charge of keeping the team on track to meet budget goals. Being an involved member of Ontario Tech Racing gave me the privilege to pursue one of my greatest passions–auto racing.

I delegated work assignments for cleaning and order fulfillment staff, and I assisted personnel with their duties.
