Passionate community builder and tech enthusiast, I have successfully transitioned from working as a primary school teacher to becoming a tech leader, leveraging my skills in UX/UI design and Webflow development.

As the Founder of the Floxies Community, I've created an empowering platform for over 1500 women in UX/UI design and Webflow development. Our weekly "Wonder Wednesdays" live events provide our members with valuable insights from industry experts, fostering a vibrant and supportive learning environment.

In addition to Floxies, I work as the Community Manager for NoCodeOps, where I've built a thriving community centered around no-code operational solutions.
Our weekly live events bring in thought leaders from the no-code space, further enhancing the knowledge and skills of our community members.

My unique blend of creativity, technical skills, and community-focused approach has not only allowed me to build and nurture these communities but has also established me as a thought leader in the tech space.

I’m continuously seeking out new ways to grow and optimize our communities, fostering a culture of learning and mutual support. I believe in the transformative power of communities and the limitless potential they hold for individual growth and industry innovation.

In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, playing soccer and playing video-games
(yes, I love playing in general! 😜).

Sightings Design specializes in Internet Marketing, Web design & development, E-commerce, M-commerce. Sightings also offered graphic design, printing, photography and 360 virtual technologies.

4G Consulting

4G Consulting is now a Human Resource Development company, but was originally launched by 4 guys with a vison and passion to learn and test ideas. 4G launched a group of innovative start-up companies in IT, Mobile, and Web technologies.

Marketing Director

With 20+ years experience in the Graphic Design, Marketing and Web Design/Development Industry, both as a consultant and entrepreneur, Brandon built up extensive certifications, while featuring regularly in publications such as Succeed Magazine, and Entrepreneur Magazine.

In 2010, he joined Entrepreneur.co.za as Managing Director and established the REAL Success Club with Brian Walsh the CEO, growing the brand into the largest and most recognized name in personal and business development in SA. He went on to establish Webstreet, a Specialist Digital Design and Development Agency in the same year. 

In 2015, Brandon co-founded the globally-based Hint Business Community with Willem Gous, a renowned South African internet professional and entrepreneur and partnered with Viber. 

He also spent a period as a board member of The Blockchain Company, a consortium of professionals that consulted with Banks, Corporates, Government and Insurance Companies, then spent 4 years working as a shareholder &  Marketing and Communications Director for Business Unite, which provides a platform for businesses, organisations and public institutions to collectively participate in inclusive economic growth, transformation and sustainable development.

Brandon was most recently the Managing Director of Boost and consults with agencies, speakers, corporates, and educational institutions internationally on digital marketing and business strategy.
