I am responsible for the discovery, development and review of business process models to support process-based management and business improvement. I assist Business Process Improvement Leads and Business Process Senior Analysts with engaging business stakeholders to document and identify process gaps to enable the development of improvement strategies to support organisational strategic goals. 

This role has provided me with extensive project management experience. I have been part of 5 Tiger Teams that have analysed the business and worked with the key stakeholders to identify the requirements and gaps within the process, which have led to the successful implementation of new ways of working across TAFE NSW. Our projects have addressed these requirements and gaps with useful tools/artefacts and ways of working while also providing SMART metrics to measure the success of the implementation. 
•	Lead Analyst for the review of Teacher Onboarding at TAFE NSW – this led to the Teachers having role-specific onboarding experience that positioned them for the rigours of teaching at TAFE NSW. 
•	Analyst for the review of Teacher Currency, Competency and Professional Development – this review led to a more effective and efficient way of monitoring, storing and actioning on a lack of currency and competency for Teachers at TAFE NSW.
