Co-ordinated crowd-funding campaign in conjunction with The Art Fund to raise £21,000 to help finance the new John Piper permanent gallery.  Campaign exceeded expectations and raised over £26,000.
Responsible for planning and implementation of Social Media across agreed platforms for 8week period.
Ensuring that regular updates were posted across agreed platforms.
Working closely with Head of Marketing and Communications and Head of Collections to ensure that social media objectives were met on a weekly basis.

Brought into Caxton FX originally to restructure the Corporate fx business unit. This comprised a Sales Team, an Account Management Team and the Corporate Card Team.

Significant restructure has taken place, with a particular focus on increasing the efforts and efficiency of the new business team alongside a clearer, targeted approach for the Core business team. 

Additional responsibility was added in the form of the Retail fx team with the same re-organisation mandate. 

Key focus across the total FX business units:

This projects based role was awarded to me with the remit to establish and launch AFEX’s first comprehensive Learning and Development programme: AFEX Academy.

Fully responsible for the implementation and adoption of AFEX’s LMS into the business globally.

A complete re-work of the company’s global induction programme; covering all regions and all departments.

Development of a comprehensive CPD programme for the business globally.

Day to day management of 6 regionally-based Field Sales Executives and 6 office-based Account Managers; 
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding new business revenue targets, existing revenue business targets. Total revenue target £3m+ per annum.
- Full budgetary responsibility of the department. 
- Responsible for the development of and adherence to departmental KPIs.
- All aspects of training / people development within the team.

UK Field Sales Manager

Responsible for new business acquisition within a region against a revenue target. Principally by cold calling mid sized corporate entities. Securing face to face meetings to close the business where the revenue opportunity was of an appropriate size. Adherence to KPIs and all other performance criteria.

This role entailed running a large team of in-house Sales Executives. All recruitment, training and coaching of staff (team ranged during this time from 15 – 28 Sales Executives).
- Full revenue responsibility.
- Forecasting models used to ‘pledge’ predicted revenues to senior management. Total revenue target: £1.2m per annum.
- Supporting and coaching Team Leaders who helped in the day to day running of the team.
