Lead a team of 40 including 3 VP direct reports. Oversee $15MM revenue and operation budgets across revenue generating and service teams. 

• Implemented customer success approach across organization improving customer acquisition, service, retention, and NPS.
• Developed three net new strategic initiatives that led to substantial customer value and revenue opportunities.

• As an authorized media spokesperson, created compelling media opportunities for TD to tell its innovation story.
• Created business, technology, and organizational models for effective concept incubation and direct-to-market solution acceleration.  Founded and scaled three labs including a joint-venture with Cisco.
