Yes - I do owe you all an explanation...


I haven't posted for over a month. 
I can't remember the last time I took a break from posting for that long.
It's possibly the first time ever since I started posting 8+ years ago. 

Why? 
There's a few reasons...

1 - I lost the love.

I love creating content. Creative writing is something I really enjoy.
But the pressures of posting every day made the work monotonous. 
And I lost the enjoyment.
What once was a creative release was becoming the biggest handcuffs. 

2 - I lost my way.

Without posting from a place of enjoyment and passion, the quality of my work was dropping.
And, if I'm going to do something, I have to do it right.
So I took the time to refocus on how I want to show up and the content I want to produce. (More on that to follow...)

3 - I couldn't dedicate the time.

Pack accelerating this year. The team are doing amazing work. We are inundated with clients, prospective clients and more and more candidates want to trust us with their next career move.
As well as helping our clients grow, we also have huge growth plans for ourselves. 
Taking time away from content gave space to lay the foundations for what will be a pivotal year for the team here at Pack. (More on that to come, too...).

So - no - you weren't blocked.
Yes - I took a break. 
And - absolutely - I'm back.
