In my role as Chief Development Officer, I led a large team of Account Executives, Recruiters and Sales Support. The team spanned the globe with locations in Australia, The Netherlands, Canada and all throughout the United States, including Alaska. My charge was to align Sales and Recruiting, diversify the client portfolio, and the definition and update to all policies and procedures to ensure revenue growth and retention of talent, and included all marketing efforts.

As a member of the leadership team, I was heavily involved in the identification and qualification of all growth opportunities, including M&A efforts, and the successful implementation of the new business lines.
