Product marketing was a happy accident that I wanted! I started out in marketing because I love telling stories; advertising did help with that. However, being creative without a challenge was getting a bit boring.

It's hard to get back to writing for yourself when you've written for others so long. 💔

And I'm only now realizing how important LinkedIn was to me back then. I used to dump my thoughts, share tips, and teach an entire class of people how to start copywriting.

It makes me so happy to see how the tables have turned, and those I mentored are reaching new heights every day. 

It was as if I knew the goal I had in mind was fulfilled. 

And that's when I took a break. Right now, behind the screen and eyeing everything people are writing on this platform, I'm rekindling my old friendship with books and poetry. It feels just as refreshing as the morning sunlight streaming down your face.

And maybe that's what I'll do for a while.

Read, write, work, and sometimes visit LinkedIn. Because there's no other platform that has shown me more love than LinkedIn. All the people I met here, and all the people I got the chance to work with, showed me how powerful conversations are.

I'd like to talk to more people on my way and post a little less than what I used to. Needless to say, I'm embracing this big change and embracing it very tightly.

And to those who checked in, asking why I'm not as active - well, I have been keeping busy; busy reading and writing poetry whenever I'm free from work.
