I learned that the hard way.

On paper, everything looked great.
✔ Built three businesses to $200M in revenue
✔ Bootstrapped a service business to $25M with 25 people in five years
✔ Scaled a VC-backed tech company to $28M ARR in under two years with just 12 people
✔ Made a double-sided consumer marketplace profitable in three months with a five-person team
✔ Raised $30M in venture capital

But behind the scenes, I was exhausted, constantly putting out fires, and convinced the business would fall apart if I stepped away.

So I pushed harder, thinking that was the only way.

Then life forced me to stop.

I ran headfirst into a glass window. A concussion took me out for eight weeks. No emails, no meetings, no problem-solving. For the first time, I couldn’t step in to fix things.

And when I came back, I was shocked. The business hadn’t just survived. It had thrived.

That moment forced me to question everything.

I always thought the key to scaling was working harder and building better systems. And systems did help. But what really made the difference wasn’t the business. It was me.

I had built a company that depended on me, not because it had to, but because I didn’t know how to let go. I believed that stepping back meant losing control. That if I wasn’t involved in everything, things would fall apart.

That belief had to change.

Learning to trust my team, step back, and stop being the bottleneck wasn’t easy. But once I did, everything changed.

The systems worked because I let them. My team thrived because I gave them space. And the business grew faster than ever, not because I was in every decision, but because I wasn’t.

Now, I help founders do the same.

Most founders come to me because they feel stuck. They’re scaling, but at the cost of their time, health, and freedom. It doesn’t have to be that way.

There are always more things to do, everyday, numerous people demanding your attention and everyone has the same 24 hours and as a natural organiser, Abigail alleviates the worry of finding that particular restaurant, sourcing a gift or putting some time management back into your life. She can even organise children's birthday parties - she has 3 of her own!

Abigail has worked as a PA for many years and it has always been the organisational side of the role that she has enjoyed, and in the past couple of years she realised that she excels in working with successful entrepreneurs and HNWIs due to the nature of their extremely busy lives and the demands and pressures that they work with, in their personal and professional lives. 

Abigail thrives on providing that 'gap' in their diaries or confirming their complex travel itineraries to them. She is driven and strives to provide 100% satisfaction to her clients and despite offering a virtual service, she offers and strongly believes in close communication to ensure accuracy and a strong working relationship.

I dealt with all matters in my client's life, ranging from booking hair appointments and making lunch to liaising with accountants concerning tax returns. My client had an extensive personal financial portfolio which I had a big part in organising meetings, papers and relaying it back to my client as she was elderly. •	maintaining a high level of diary management’; and
•	audio typing. 

I also supported the Legal Services Team with producing Planning Enforcement notices, Leases the Council’s Constitution and other general correspondence.

How important is managing your time and energy? 

Let me ask you, where are you in your life amongst the many meetings, people that depend on you at work and at home, the constant pings, things to do and your to-do list never ending?

It won’t.
There will always be things to do, always. 

But children grow up.
We get older and suddenly we have missed out on memories and life.

I put you back into your life alongside all these things NOT at the bottom, or if there is time! 

My approach is practical, no-nonsense, and delivers instant results.

How? 

I work ‘live’ with clients, literally in real time as you already have a list so you don’t need me making it longer! 

Clients share their calendars with me ‘live’ on our calls together, so we ‘create’ time in real time, so once we are done, you know what you’re doing, who with and have time back as it’s likely that we’ve shifted about a few things and cancelled some too! 

We start messy. No ducks in any rows! 

*also not an exclusive list but I am also known to delve into delegation and team comms.

I have picked up the dusty out of date time management and brought it into this era! 

No Eisenhower matrix or any other ‘well known’ theory is used or punished as part of my service 😉

Through 1:1s, team workshops, or one-off VIP sessions; I get you from ‘I don’t know where to start’ to ‘I know what to do next’, and feel in control again 🌟
