What a week....

Made my 1st 2 payments for the ITALY retreat in September!

Paid for a cruise to Greece & Turkey in April wkth my daughter ! 

Shopping for a cruise in February with my parents ! 

Supported clients at a high level - the only way I roll. 

Feeling incredibly grateful for this life and everything in it. 

The hardships have shaped me. 
The blessings have lifted me. 

This year has been one of the most transformative- which I truly believe is the exact reason why my clients transform too. 

The work I've done to be the vessel of abundance has allowed me to receive more then I ever dreamed possible.  

I believe it's available for you too. You've got to claim it. 

The best part is that my clients calibrate to the frequency of allowance and receiving. 

The biggest obstacle is us.

Fascinating.....

I've been reconnecting and re-introducing myself to my connections.  

The response has been overwhelmingly kind and appreciative. 

The kind of work that I do is something no one ever really  wants. 

People come to me when life has hit a real rough spot. 

The topics are sensitive and difficult to discuss- I get that. 

Sending a message is my way of making it easier to lean in. 
That's all. 

Every now and again , someone takes real offense to getting a message. 

That doesn't phase me in the least. 

I find it more fascinating that on social media, when someone is being "social" , it can illicit such a strong response. 

That is what we're all doing here , right? 

My work centers around emotional regulation as the conduit to empowerment. 

Without that no change can happen.

Interestingly enough many people try to make changes when they are fearful, scared , lost, angry and confused. 

Those states don't support or welcome change. 

Your nervous system won't allow it. 

It's not your fault it's been hard to get out of the funk you may find yourself in. 

We really aren't taught this. 

And that's what makes this work so valuable , important and meaningful. 

After all what is your life worth?
