With my background in Gestion de la Restauration Gastronomique from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the industry, and how AI can provide innovative solutions and insights.

I have nearly a decade of experience in various roles and settings in the hospitality sector, from serving and bartending to coordinating and managing. Most recently, I worked as a Food and Beverage Coordinator at Hôtel William Gray, where I was responsible for handling group reservations, email communications, data entry, menu engineering, and administrative tasks. I also completed a final internship at the same hotel, where I immersed myself in the field of catering and shadowed a manager. My core competencies include food service, menu engineering, food and beverage, and AI integration.
