Participants engage in live training exercises with actors where in the simulated scenario they need to gather information about and employee's performance and then communicate some negative feedback in a direct yet empathetic way.

- Transformation lead for business and IT programs across 22 European countries with impact on over 10,000 employees across multiple functions and mission-critical processes including creating and owning the communications and engagement strategy, change management, adoption and user readiness

-  Managed all senior stakeholder engagement at Board level across 22 countries to drive the change agenda and adoption 

- Created and implemented a standardised multi-approach and multi-level engagement model for European transformation programs which used cross functional teams and consistently delivered on business and strategic objectives

VP Process Governance and Improvement (Programme Director/Head of Change)

Newly created role with responsibility to create and deliver a target operating model (self-funded internal leasing company) for a new line of business across Europe 

-  Led the deployment of Ricoh Europe’s leasing entity across 16 countries, that grew in portfolio size to €1B and contributed > 40% of overall company profitability 

-  Established and fostered senior stakeholder engagement at board level of 16 operating companies to secure buy-in and adoption for the new lne of business

- Drove the change management program for the European salesforce of 3000 to minimise negative impact of the centralised and less automated approach to financing and ensure compliance

- Created and implemented one standardised and centralised process across 16 countries with minimal impact on internal and external service levels

-	Overall relationship and P&L responsibility for Ricoh’s global business, accountable for defining global and regional strategies and ensuring local execution, and delivery of commercial and profitability targets within a matrix organisation throughout North America and 12 European countries
-	Portfolio of €750M, with annual new business above €1B, and over 26 legal operating agreements
-	My mandate was to develop a strategic relationship with senior European HQ decision-makers
-	Within nine months I was headhunted by the CFO to join Ricoh and create its captive leasing organisation
