I spent 12 years in the Nonprofit sector with a Bachelor of Social Work before transitioning to an HR role at KORTX. It’s my belief that Employee Experience is simple:  create an environment where people have fun working, are able to grow & excel professionally and feel proud of the work that they do each day.
