I was Humaniti's first technical hire where I built the dev. team from scratch.  We released MVP (desktop) in 5 months, and then added mobile (iOS & Android) 6 weeks later.

Next phase was to take ownership of our internal processes and procedures.  I implement traditional Software Development practices (SCRUM etc.) and fill the product pipeline.

From there my focus was on scale & growth - increase velocity (more features more often) while reducing bug count,

RiotACT (Now Region Media) attracts a predominantly local (to Canberra), unquestionably loyal, and extensive readership. 

During my tenure as co-founder and CEO of The-RiotACT I grew the site from 1 reader to over 18.5 million page visits per year, with two-thirds of the working-age population in the ACT visiting more than 100 times per month. During the same period, the business consistently grew sales revenues by 50-100% year on year through delivery of online advertising solutions that pushed thousands of leads to our client's websites, and I managed a team of up to 8 staff both in Australia and overseas.

In 2013 (in its first and only ever competition entry) The-RiotACT won Smart Company's web award for best search strategy, validating the strength of RiotACT's community engagement and content driven strategy.

Tim was tasked with operational management of the ATO's production disaster recovery tests and responsible for developing EDS Federal Region's business continuity strategies to maintain support to their clients.
