Comment recruter un GTM Engineer en 2026 ?
Le GTM Engineer, c'est LE profil qui monte.
Mi-commercial, mi-builder. Quelqu'un qui comprend le business ET qui sait automatiser des systèmes complets.

Attention : ce n'est pas un "Outbound Specialist" avec un nouveau titre.

La différence ? Il ne lance pas juste des campagnes. Il construit des systèmes reproductibles qui connectent la data, les workflows et l'IA.

Ce qu'il faut chercher :
→ Fluence technique : à l'aise avec Clay  Cargo, n8n , un peu de SQL ou Python. Il utilise l'IA au quotidien et s'intéresse aux nouveaux standards comme le MCP.
→ Vision business : il se demande "Est-ce que ce workflow aide à closer ?" pas juste "Est-ce que ça tourne ?"
→ Curiosité : il aborde chaque problème GTM comme une enquête.
→ Mentalité hacker : la question n'est jamais "Est-ce possible ?" mais "Comment je fais ?"

Les red flags à éviter :
→ Ne propose qu'une seule approche sans considérer les alternatives
→ Se focalise sur les outils "tendance" sans comprendre leur utilité
→ Ignore les risques évidents (délivrabilité, qualité des données)
→ Over-engineere tout alors qu'une solution simple suffit
→ N'utilise pas l'IA dans son job.
 
J'insiste sur ce dernier point.
Ça peut paraître évident d'utiliser l'IA. Mais demande à ton entourage s'ils l'utilisent vraiment. Tu seras surpris.

Un GTM Engineer qui n'utilise pas l'IA en 2026, c'est un red flag. 🟥 
Où les trouver ?

Les meilleurs ne cherchent pas activement. Ils traînent dans les communautés Clay et Cargo, les groupes RevOps, et partagent leurs workflows sur LinkedIn.
Va les chercher là où ils créent du contenu.
