I've spent my career in the trenches: Fortune 500s, scale-ups, startups across adtech, safety and security, IoT, and more. I started in sales, which taught me the most important lesson in GTM: revenue is the only scorecard that matters.

That sales foundation shaped how I approach marketing. I don't build campaigns for vanity metrics. I build systems that blend creativity, data, and AI to drive pipeline and close deals. Craftsman over cookie-cutter. Revenue over reach.

I also host "B2B Unscripted - Balancing Tech & Touch in the Age of AI", where I sit down with top GTM and growth leaders to unpack what the algorithms can't solve: creative frameworks that work, hard-won lessons from the trenches, and tactics you can actually use. No fluff. No LinkedIn theatre. Just real talk about building in the age of AI.

Because here's what I know from building across industries and stages: AI can optimize your entire funnel. But it can't create the kind of connection that turns prospects into believers. That's still on us.

I was simply someone who couldn’t stand when things didn’t make sense.

Honestly, that’s how my whole career started - a bit of ambition, and a lot of frustration.
I hated vague conversations, unclear plans, and ideas that sounded smart but meant nothing.

So everywhere I worked, I naturally did the same thing:
I’d take something messy, break it apart, rebuild it, and finally make it make sense.

For a long time, I didn’t even realize this was a skill.
I assumed everyone saw patterns the way I did.
It took years (and a few wrong roles) to accept that my brain simply refuses to operate in chaos.

If I have a superpower, it’s this: decoding things.
Markets. ICPs. Teams. Campaigns. The psychology behind why something works (or doesn’t).

And that shaped everything I do today.

I still get the same rush when:
- a founder finally sees their market clearly
- a messy offer turns sharp
- a vague story becomes powerful
- a team stops spinning in circles and knows exactly what to fix first

This is the work that feels natural to me - and the reason I’ve been able to create results I’m genuinely proud of.

I’ve been doing this for almost a decade before I finally gathered a team 
and dared to call it an “agency.”
