The position involved developing strategies that helped the SNC stores and the webshop to meet the relevant sales goals. The work included research of the fitness and supplement industry, assessment of product demand and identification of target groups.
In addition, I worked with advertising on Facebook and Instagram trough Business Manager, which was based on data obtained from Google Analytics. Furthermore, I dealt with content writing, email marketing, newsletters, contests and affiliate.
The area of ​​responsibility required that I was goal-oriented, flexible and creative under pressure - often while juggling several projects at once. In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends and online platforms was crucial in the work.

HR and store manager:
I was responsible for two physical stores as well as the employees in resp. Aarhus and Copenhagen. My most important task was to do market analyzes, focus on customer flow, create a loyal customer base and ensure good communication with suppliers.
In addition, I was responsible for recruiting, developing and letting go employees. My interpersonal and communication skills came into play and I demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels.
I was responsible for internal and external events including meet & greet with Jay Cutler, Black Fridays, staff meetings, ambassador events, etc.

All in all, it was a position that required a deep business understanding, where I learned to prepare analyzes of the company's existing strategies and business models so that I could assess and reflect on them.
